There are many M & A companies out there and several had contacted me in the past. When I talked to *** there was something different in their approach and I selected them to facilitate the sale of my business. I did not know at the time what a life changing decision I had made. Within 3 months of contracting with IAG I had 5 legitimate offers, all of which I turned down after discussing it with my consultant *****************. It was the next offer that was just enough ahead of the previous 5 that I accepted. I honestly feel that I would have never received that offer if it was not for ******************* magic explaining my business and why it should sell at the level it did.Getting the offer was a win but the real value in IAG came on the journey to negotiating the final terms. *** was there for me at every turn, from suggesting a great M&A attorney and CPA to resolving disputes along the way and getting things turned in my favor. Even after the deal was complete *** was there for me to answer any questions that have arisen.In summary, I honestly feel that I would not have finalized the great deal I did, and it would not have gone as smoothly if I did not have ***************** and IAG M&A on my side. I cannot recommend them enough!

RUDE RUDE RUDE!! This company has called MULTIPLE times and will not stop! They always ask for the owner of the company (they will never speak with him because I screen his calls) and they are so rude every time. I told them to take us off their list but they have not. At this point I snap on them every chance I get.

We get a lot of spam calls, and your team member was one of the rudest in years. What a pathetic company.

We have received frequent and repeated call where the agent rudely demands to speak to ownership and refuses to provide a reason. I have now on multiple occasion requested that that stop calling and remove our numbers from their lists. At this point the calls are harassment. Their conduct is obviously unacceptable.

We have been researching to determine what phone number was called with no success. If we could be given the phone number we allegedly called more than one time. Our family had the pleasure of working with ************************* and IAG M&A Advisors during the past couple of years to sell a family business that had been in our family for over ***************************************************** southwest ******** and was built into a $35M-$40M per year new steel sales and distribution business covering 8-9 states. The business was very meaningful to my stepdad, the 86-year old son of the founder, and it was the first and only time he had ever sold an entire business enterprise. *** handled these sensitive issues as well as the pricing, packaging, marketing, screening, prospective buyer meetings, and project management (the sales and due diligence process) with tremendous professionalism and efficiency. He kept things moving along, through multiple potential buyers, and ultimately with the actual buyer he rescued the deal out of the fire more than once, keeping the parties moving forward toward the eventual closing for the deal. Non-stop Phone harassment. Take my company off of your harassment list. We have better things to do then to field your phone calls on a daily basis. No one on the other end. Just prank calls.

HARRASMENT is a understatement. We have asked NUMEROUS times to be taken off their call list and what ever they are offering we do not need nor want. In the past I've asked them to stop calling and ended the call. Then they proceed to call 10 times in a row.Any idea how to get off their harassingly call list

Still consistently calling. Even after my first review. But now they mute themselves. Hope the call counts going great! For every call we get I will add a review to BBB, at this point it is harassment.
