I had a hot water problem with my hot water heater. I called my warranty company on the 01/20/2022 about the problem. They stated that they was having a hard time finding a plumber in this area to come out to check out my situation. So they told me I could find a company in the area to come out they would pay for it. I call Mr. Plumber to see if they could come out. They call me back in a few hours saying that they could come that day. When the plumber got to my house to check out the hot water heater, he stated that they had 2 plans that they could use to replace my tank before even checking out what was wrong. The plans were for 2.975.00 and 3,225.00. I told him that I were using my warranty company. If he could just analyzed the problem. He began to check the system. He stated that the heater had a lots sediment in it, which were not true because I had just had my hot water drain in June of last year. He sent his report to my warranty stating that fact which was not true. The warranty company refused to cover the hot water heater. I got another master plumber for a second opinion and he found no such thing. He actually drianed the tank and found very little sediment in the tank. He also stated since I had a water softener that I only needed drian my tank only once a year. So there fore I fill that the plumber cost me money for a new tank. Curtis Harris

My husband purchased a new water heater on November 2, 2020 from *** ******* and paid for the six year warranty. On December 29, 2021 the pilot light went out. I re-lit the pilot light multiple times over the next couple days following the instructions on the water heater, but it would not stay lit. On December 31, 2021 I called *** *******, but they told me they could not even get me on the schedule. They took my information and said someone would call me back the following Monday. I called a different plumber on December 31, 2021 who sent someone out that day to look at the water heater. The plumber from ******** ******** told me that the gas valve on this brand of water heater was known to be defective and suggested I work with *** ******* to get it replaced since it was covered by their warranty. I had to call *** ******* on January 3, 2022, because they did not call me like they said they would. They told me I would have a five hour window of when the plumber would show up. When I explained that I cannot take the time off of work to wait around all day, they said that's the best they can do. They sold my husband and I a defective water heater, dragged their heals about getting me scheduled, did not call me back, and now want me to take at least two days off of work in order to get it fixed. I cannot do that.

We did receive a call on December 31st, 2021 regarding a water heater failure that was installed on November 2, 2020. We made contact with the customer on Jan 4, 2022 and resolved the issue that same day. The water heater was no longer under our labor warranty, but due to resolving this, we made the necessary repairs on Jan 4. 2022.
