Our experience with Silverado Signature Homes has been amazing. The staff have been amazing communicative and helpful. Our home is being built with excellence and professionalism as well as personal attention and care. Our superintendent was at our house on a Sunday afternoon after returning from a weekend trip to check on the house because there had been heavy rains. He truly cares about our home and our experience. Highly recommend Silverado Signature Homes!

Six homeowners, or more, all with issues on home, flooding, patched roofs on new construction, another contract states stained floors yet he offers her closing day " we can give you your $1000 ******* money back." Cosmetic issues/my home, including but not limited to, concrete work (refused to view), showers falling apart (refused to view), island in wrong place; stove overlaps dishwasher (he said he's not fixing) totals over $69,000.00+. Does not include erosion issues to homes documented by **************** Environmental Quality Investigation. They found 0 permits pulled; 7 acre build, which is for clearing, grading and excavating. **** stated he knew to pull permits, Did not. From scuttle holes and air conditioners with no access ladders, homes have leaked, flooding caused with flashing missing; floors lifting in most homes; windows to be installed (crooked window ledges) & much more. Silverado, *********************, failed to notify I had grinder pump/sewage. Siren goes off, I call 911, press pump button 3AM to stop. My 5 YO son with Chronic Lung *********** suffered with sewage backed up in home. Code violations, work covered up, three windows missing, one framed/covered up. Wait for Silverado, ***** warranty to address; nothing completed. Feb 2022 move in. Almost two years warranty work stopped because I hired attorneys.Talk to us you'll get more info; errors/neglect. Call newspaper. *********************/Silverado would not return call after several attempts. Told by his attys "we give ****** an inch, she takes mile" - well I'm still looking for that inch.
