Alfredo R. with Fort Tex went above and beyond our expectations. From Day 1 of our meeting he was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. Scheduling was by the book with a detailed quote and there were no unexpected surprises. He showed up when he said he would and completed all tasks as outlined and agreed to. I have worked in the construction industry for over 20 years and his roofing crew is the first that I have ever witnessed to clean up after themselves- they placed tarps around the perimeter of the home, was proactive and moved any personal items out of the way to avoid any potential damage and didn't waste a minute of time getting to work. The material arrived on time and the crew worked so efficiently that they finished quicker than anticipated. Not only was Alfredo in attendance to check the progress, but two project mgrs. introduced themselves and provided their contact info in the event we had any questions or needed anything. We could not be happier with this process and the FTM team- specifically Alfredo R. because he remained in constant contact, stayed on top of timelines, and delivered gold-star service. The roof looks great and we are now working with them to assist us with more repairs and needed work to be performed at our residence. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof or any additional services that they may be able to provide. FTM are true professionals.

They upgrade my roof to a 30 years roof with no extra charge. They was here on time and finished in day. They did very good clean up and week later came back stain my fence at the color I requested. ****** did a follow up with after the job was finished to make sure all was done as I wanted it. I will use Fort Tex Metals & Roofing again if needed.
