This place charges used parts at full price and they are not refurbished parts either. They take the parts off lemon bikes from their "junk yard" and place them on the bikes then turn around and charge full price for said part. They are super racial agenst white and black males workers. Refusing to help out their employees with problems and this is coming from the managers which is their job to help subordinates. They yell out racial slurs telling them they need to quit. They harass the men who are not of their race. They call black people N****R's and then proceed to try and ask personal questions about employees behind their back to try and incriminate them. Their positions are fraudulent. This company needs to be shut down for the acts that have been witnessed.

Bought a 2016 hd tri glide from them. They were all helpful until after the sale was over. I am in ******** and this was an over the phone/email transaction.they promised a couple of shirts for the wife and I, DID NOT receive them. When I received the trike the battery was dead. Also there was no barrel key with bike. I called them immediately and was told they would get one out to me ASAP. Well it's been 2 months and still no Barrel Key. F***** liars!!Then to top it off the lender they hooked me up with is a failure too. It's been over 2 months and still no paperwork sent to my state so I can get tags. My temp plates expire in a week. I tried to call and was put on hold until they closed fro the day..FAILURE...The lender was independent ****** Services We love the bike but was stroked until they got their money, then they just lied over n over to us..I will never recommend my ****** friends to these shisters...Buyer BEWARE

Under no circumstances should you take your motorcycle here for any type of repair. Brought it into the shop the same day. I had my insurance send an estimator go out to complete their estimate on 4/11/23. The shop called me around 8/15/23 to let me know the repairs were done and it was ready to go. 4 months due to the shop claiming parts were unavailable. What did they need to replace? Left grip, clutch lever, foot peg and shift peg, derby cover, and left shock. Apparently took 4 months to get all that. I went to the shop about a week after they called. They put on different and cheaper rear shocks than what I went in with, stating they were out of stock. They didnt even call me and let me know or get my approval. The derby had not been replaced either, so the bike was in fact, not ready to go. At this point, they also tried to charge me to the second grip since they are sold in pairs. I asked if they had installed it if they expected me to pay for it, and they told me they had not installed it. They said they would get the correct shocks on and fix the derby and would let me now when it was actually done. They called me around 9/20 to let me know the bike was done so I went to verify given the past issue and it was in fact done. It took 5 months for the repairs for parts I could have ordered and gotten delivered in less than 2 weeks. I went last weekend, 9/30 to pick the bike up. The shop lost my license plate and is having to order a new one, no clue if that will be out of stock or notI also noticed after getting it home that I have a chrome piece on the left side and black on the right side. I was also informed by my insurance adjuster that the shop was planning on trying to charge me over $200 for an estimate fee, even though they never even did an estimate on my bike, but my adjuster was able to explain to them that they cant do that. They never called or updated me on the progress, I would send 3-5 emails asking about it before getting a response.

The customer is correct in stating that the parts needed to restore his bike to it's original condition were on back order and unavailable for several months.  This has been common in our industry over the last 3 years due to supply chain issues. Due to the length of time waiting on his specific aftermarket shocks to be available, the service department did substitute the part in an attempt to prevent a continued delay.  We cannot control the availability of parts from our suppliers and did the best we could given the situation.  Recently, the desired parts became available and we were able to install the original replacement shocks for the customer. Unfortunately, the servicing technician did not have the plate on the bike when the customer picked it up.  When our title clerk was made aware yesterday, we promptly went through the process to obtain a replacement and had it first thing this morning.  She contacted the customer to let him know that it was mailed using an overnight service to the customer and should be delivered to him tomorrow.

Purchased a motorcycle, found a shipping company, they delivered in a few days. However, they sent the wrong bike. I bought an ************* and they sent a road king. It took 2 more weeks before I got the correct bike. I kept getting excuses why it didn't ship. When it arrived it had no key. I need a key to lock the tourpack and saddlebags when I travel. I have called a couple times and was told they forgot to send the key and it would be mailed right away. Well, it's been 2 weeks and still no key.
