I went to visit this place on 8/28/21. I do not have insurance so they required I pay them $210 up front before the doctor would see me. So I did. Months later (over 6 months) I get a statement from them in the mail showing I owe $220. I called them and explained the situation, showed them proof via my bank statement and was told yes it was paid. If you dont hear back from us, we took care of it. Another two months go by and I get another statement showing I owed it. Called back and got a different person and explained the whole thing again. Same response weird. If you dont hear back, we took care of it. Yesterday I get a notice from a debt collector in the mail stating I owe DHAT $210. I am so upset. I have zero outstanding debts and a near perfect credit score. This seems extremely sketchy. Like they are just trying to get money out of people. On top of that, the doctor saw me for 0.2 seconds and told me I need to go somewhere else and get all of these MRIs done before he could treat me. I never did and never went back. The issue resolved itself. Their reviews on ****** are horrible, many echoing my same complaint. I have already wrote to the debt collector explaining and sending them proof of payment. I am not sure if there is anything else you could do to help rectify the situation and trouble this has caused me. Let me know if you need anything else.
