*************** **** is the most corrupt Attorney in the **************.*********** knowingly and Willingly had my estranged wife signed my name to legal documents. he even stated that he knew I was on the road, would not be able to sign the documents myself ************ stoled my estranged wifes social security disability money for his and his client benefit, even though a prior agreement was made with his client directly and confirmed by Parker County ****** ***********************. *********** failed to notify ** of or rights to petition The judge. The Disability Funds were *************** ************ also failed to Notify his client of the ***** Laws pertaining to release of a title, it took months to receive, if the title was release in the required time I could have sold the Truck to repay my estrange wife in time to have a life changing surgery. Now she is left with a permanent disability due to Mr. ***** Being so CORRUPT.************ Steals from the poor and disabledBusiness response

Offerman & ***** *** was hired to collect a debt against *************** Offerman & ***** *** obtained a judgment and collected on the judgment. This complaint was filed with and investigated by the State Bar of Texas. The State Bar of Texas found no inappropriate actions by Offerman & ***** *** and dismissed the complaint.

Dec. 2, 2021 eight hundred dollars was withdrawn from my bank account by Offerman and King due to a judgment against me and my ex wife. I spoke with Mr King that same day giving him my phone number and email address. My ex wife also spoke to him the same day. All correspondence from that day was between Offerman and King and my ex. My ex wife forwarded me forms and agreements to sign and return to their office. Which I did in person. In those agreements I was to be returned $400 of the $800 that was withdrawn. In the same agreement my ex wife was to be returned a portion of her money that was withdrawn from her account. My ex wife received her money back into her account the next week. I have yet to receive my money back and have reached out to Offerman and King several times and have received no response.Business response

Sorry for delay but we first got notice of this late last week and it was sent to another atty in the firm.
We resolved this matter week of 1/19/22 when he ex wife paid the money to my firm and we credited it to him.
Basically, my client, Mr ****** and his ex-wife reached an agreement and their bank was to remove $$ from each of
Their accounts and forward to me for my client. The bank inadvertently took more $$ from Mr ******** account and less from
Ex-wife. Once we were able to sort out what happened and get the bank to confirm they messed up, we got it resolved.
It was not me, my office, or my client who had the extra money, but the ex-wife. So she paid it to me and Mr ****** recd credit for it.
I spoke to Mr ****** the other day and he confirmed that this matter was resolved and settled as he wanted, he indicated he
Was going to contact the BBB to withdraw the complaint as it was resolved.
