On Sunday 01-7-24, Manager named **************** named ****** promised ** to sell ************* 4 pieces King ******* set ( *********) for $3500 (includes sales tax) plus $199 for delivery. On Monday 1-8-24 Chance told me to bring check or cash iao $ ******* but I couldn't go from ********* to Beaumont due bed weather(rain and lightning).Today, on 1-9-24 Chance told me to come to Howell Furniture in Beaumont and pay $******* before 7pm ( before closing). ****** agreed with price by text and phone call.Manager ***** refused to honor promised or agreed price and asked for more, stating that ***** was only good on Sunday 1-7-24. However Chance verified price with ***** & texted me as well as called me to come pay $*******.***** was very upset & not courteous at all, may be because I reached to store around 6:40pm. There was nothing like customers care, courtesy or respect in his ************* left store with angry facial expressions.Business response

This was handled before we received this complaint. The customer came back on a day his original salesperson wasnt there and another salesperson was involved. There was miscommunication between the parties that resulted in about a $200 difference. When his salesperson returned on his next scheduled day he contacted the customer to let him know that the original price was the price. The customer came back in and made the purchase and it has been delivered.
