This company is attempting to charge me for work that was included in their original bid of February 3, 2021 in the amount of $407.61 to restore power to electrical outlets in my home . After the technicians had already gone, it was discovered that one of the outlets was still defective. Christopher was contacted by phone voicemail the next day , but did not send a technician to my home until March 5, 2021 following my February 22nd letter of dissatisfaction. (See Certified receipt No.********************). Invoice No. (*****) in the amount of $407.61, the original bid, was debited from my checking account on March 3, 2021. However, Christopher began to bill me on separate invoice No. (*****) in the amount of $92.17 for the follow-up call of March 5, 2021. I contacted the company on March 9, 2021 at 10:32 a.m. and spoke to ***** about the $92.17. She said "*** said to disregard the bill." The U.S. Postal service returned my last certified notice as "unclaimed", May 18, 2021.
August 6th I received a final notice from the business for $92.17. Why am I still receiving notices when I was told to disregard the bill?
