Scammers, Liars and Thieves. Truck broke down in ******** almost 3 weeks ago. Had her to replace the Alternator. She did and strip the bolt on it so the pulley would not tighten all the way. Starter also was bad. Sent her Mo 190 bucks to order the part she claim she gets it that much cheaper through whomever (lied) When the part was pose to be picked up and installed that Thursday I get a text Friday morning saying she was in a wreck on i10 and couldnt come do the job. Her wife (******* or whatever the name) ask me do I want a refund or do I want the part? I told her I want the refund because I had already driven out to ******* to buy the part at oriellys for 350 she told me ok to give her a few minutes. Well.. that was April 19th.. it has been 6 days since then and they have not only not refund my money but they have now stop responding to my calls and text She didnt even finish putting the belt back on had to hire another mechanic to redo her trash work. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE do not use their services.. She was late to the original appointment and strip the bolt on the new alternator to where I had to come off another 350 for another.. I have spent so much money to get my truck back rollin. I am definitely taking Legal action against Mobetter mechanic, more like MoRobbery Mechanics. This will drive people away from support small and or (black owned) businesses. Pictures for proof
