On May 25th, a maintenance request was entered since the toilet was not flushing (no water was being supplied) - it was not a clogged toilet. On May 26th, another maintenance request was entered for the same issue. On May 31st, a THIRD maintenance request was entered - all under High/Emergency status. The entire time the toilet could not flush. NONE of these requests were addressed until June 3rd - when maintenance "unclogged" my toilet. They did not even lift the toilet cover to inspect an underlying issue. June 8th and June 10th new requests were entered for the same issue - the toilet was not flushing, no water was being supplied to the toilet. This is inhabitable conditions.Business response

First, I would like to apologize for the fact that it took longer than it should have to correct the problem with the toilet in unit # ****. The work order specifically stated that the toilet was not clogged, so it did not put it in an emergency category. We have had several AC calls which are considered emergencies and this work order fell in queue. Maintenance did check the toilet, but it was not repaired correctly so the issue persisted.
The toilet has since been repaired and we have followed up to make sure that it is working properly.
