We reached out to CV Roofing because we had recurring leaks from our rooftop (TPO roof) that our builder was never able/willing to fix properly.The level of professionalism and expertise we got from ***, the project manager, was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything and laid out a plan that was followed in a very timely manner. We got updates every single day and workers always showed up on time or early. Also, they can take care of everything including drying/fixing dry walls, which is great since you don't want to deal with too many different companies.Lots of roofers we reached out to were 'uncomfortable' with TPO roofs but since CV Roofing deals with commercial grade roofs (hospitals, schools etc.), they are THE ultimate experts.We can't recommend them enough.

I tried using CV Roofing for a roof inspection for a leak I have in my daughters room. ***** ******* was supposed to be at my house at 1:30 pm on Friday, 6/25, and never bothered showing up. Not only did he not show up, he didnt even bothered calling me to let me know he was running late. I had to call him around 3:00 or so to find out where he was. He proceeded to tell me he was running behind schedule but would still make it to my house. I told him I would kindly wait for him to get to my house. Around 6:00 pm, I decided to call him again to find out where he was and it went straight to voicemail. He decided to flake on me completely. I tried calling him on Monday after the weekend to let the dust settle, and it still went straight to his voicemail. I then called today on Wednesday, 6/30/21, and spoke to the receptionist and explained to her what happened. There was no true remorse for what happened. She didnt bother to apologize and seemed to be bothered by my frustration at the fact that I was the one who got stood up. I told her that when ****** is finally too overbuilt, I hope roofing companies like this one go belly up for treating me and possibly many others this way. It is completely unprofessional! I understand roofing companies are in over their heads right now, but flaking on someone and never apologizing for it or trying to make up for it, is inexcusable. Lets just say the receptionist hung up on me. I want to make it clear I never used foul language or raised my voice either. There was no justifiable reason for this company to treat me this way. I just hope people who have used or are using this company dont end up getting wronged by them in any way. I also want to mention I never write up bad reviews on anyone. This is the first time I have ever done something like this. I found it that appalling to write this review. It is unfortunate.
