It was a pleasure working with Riverbend Roofing (****** specific). He helped diagnose our issue and was able to fix it quickly. The communication was above and beyond. He followed up with pictures to support his findings. I was very happy with their work, I will be using them again with another project. Thank you ****** and Riverbend Roofing.

Everyone with whom I've dealt at Riverbend Exteriors has been professional, courteous, and prompt. This includes ***********************, *********************, and all of the subcontractors. Their prices are fair, and they communicate appropriately, and keep on top of the project. ****** went above and beyond to put a tarp on the roof when he was there just to give an estimate, and wasn't yet assured of the job. ****** and his crew were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Communication was great, on time, gave ****************** through out the process, cleaned up and left my home perfect at completion. We had a wonderful experience with Riverbend Roofing & Exteriors for all of our hail damage repairs. I decided to use them after seeing the awesome work they did replacing my neighbor's roof. ****** uses high quality materials, has great customer ************************ and takes the time to answer all questions. I contacted Riverbend to receive an estimate on gutter installation. ****** contacted me and provided an estimate. I couldn't ask for an easier and smoother business transaction. Professional all around.We had some electrical cables that might have posed a problem and ****** didn't think it would be a problem to install the gutters in that area, but he wanted to contact the right people to inspect to make sure it was safe and also he was giving me the right answer. I appreciated that very much and we were able to install the gutters.Communication back and forth was excellent whether it was the cables issue, placement of gutters, choosing the colors, pricing etc. We did have one snag in communication the day of install, but it resolved itself and the crew showed up, installed the gutters and did an excellent job. Riverbend did such a amazing job replacing my skirting on my mobile home as well as my windows. They went a above and beyond and delt with my insurance company for me so I didnt have to. Riverbend was excellent to work with. They kept me up to date, by sending over great documentation of the work they completed (before and after). Riverbend did a great job on my roof repair and the owner ****** went above and beyond and offered to help me with other repairs in a way a friend would.I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again if I ever need a contractor to help me out of a bind. They were respectful of my home and completed the work very quickly to get me back on track.They showed up when they said they would and knocked out the work quickly and correctly.I would recommend them to any of my family and friends for work they might need done.Riverbend Roofing & Exteriors Response
