  When I first bought the 500 hour package they did not have a refund policy on there page. They now have added a refund policy which was not there when I purchased. I have asked them for my money back and they instead have mocked me and my experience . I asked them to send me the policy they said to on the page and find it . I also would like to add that in the time I was trying to take the classes there platform was not stable they constantly changed the form of teaching , or the information wasnt opening or the videos by the instructor were not clear . It was very messy to understand. Every time I would want to go in to take a class I would get some lock out page like if I didnt pay for the class I was trying to see when In fact I should not had a limitation because I had the 500 hours . It was a lot of stress to take those classes - Not simple and easy as they made it seem in there advertising.

  This student registered in 2021 (see purchase in attachments). They asked for a refund one year later (well after our 30 day money back guarantee). I've included all communication with the student and our refund police, which has always been on our website is here: *****************************************************

  Each time there has been a complaint against our organization it has been frivolous and inaccurate. This individual purchased digital content over a year prior to asking for a refund. No establishment in the US offers refunds a year later. We would appreciate you removing this complaint as it is not accrate and includes false information that we believe is slanderous.
