    My complaint is that Avantera deliberately stole my money and ghosted me. This is how they did that using deceptive and illegal business practices. During a holiday sale I saw on my instagram feed I purchased a vitamin supplement from them on 11/25/24. There was a big discount and the total charge was $33.15. I thought this was a one time purchase. Almost a month later I received an e-mail stating my order has shipped. I e-mailed Rain at customer support and said I did not re-order and asked to stop shipment. The reply I got was it has already shipped. I checked my credit card used to make original purchase and there was a new charge for $***** on 12/24/24. I e-mailed again stating I didnt sign up for a subscription and only wanted to make a one time purchase. They said I can refuse the package and they would issue a refund. When the package showed up in my lockbox I drove it to the post office and mailed it back. I then e-mailed customer support 4 separate times asking if they received the package back. Each time they e-mailed me back only asking how would you rate the customer service? And each time I responded not satisfied my questions are not being answered. I then started a dispute with my card company apple ********** ending 1609. The card company asked for proof that I did in fact mail back the vitamins. I did not have the proof as I could not find the receipt from my post office in **. But if I am given time to include it I can talk with the post master and ask if they can look that up based on the date I was there.I then called the company and explained said issues again requesting my refund and that *** had to start a dispute. They again would not reply to my phone call where I left a voice message. I deserve my money back and these thiefs need to quit taking whats not theirs. I have all e-mail coms with them and I think they should show you the e-mail chain on their end so you can see the blatant disrespect shown. I need to be refunded *****!

    Purchased supplements from Avantera, the product (Elevate) didnt work for me so I contacted them several times well before the trial period (30 days) was up. I have left phone messages, emails & sent messages on messenger They now have blocked me on messenger! Its now 6 months later & I have still been trying to contact them. They have not returned any of my messages!I have proof of the emails I have sent as well! You can see by looking at my pictures below when it was shipped & exactly when I sent the first emails, which were before the trial ended!

    I canceled my previous subscription with Avantera and decided to put in another order using Avanteras black friday sale. Avanteras system reactivated my canceled subscription without my permission/authorization processing another order on top of what I ordered. I ended up receiving two boxes. I even emailed them when I received the email around midnight that another order was processed asking them what that was about. They said I reactivated my canceled subscription which I did not, their system reactivated it without my permission. And now in order to return the order I did not authorize, they are now saying I have to pay the return shipping. Their customer service is not being helpful.

    I was promised a refund to items that I had ordered. The items shipped and **** Rain, told me to write Return to Sender on pkg and ship it back. I did that and they claimed they did the receive it. *** stated I need to go to post office and have them track it. He is now refusing to give me my refund. I filed a dispute with my cc also. Request #******. Tracking # when shipped to me: ********************** Emails as documention will be provided upon request.

    Basically it's a subscription services. The product works well but through research I was able to find better product for much much much less money. I did NOT sign up for automatic subscription yet they have added it anyway. Which is strange and unethical. The worst part is there website is set up to NOT include a space to cancel or update your "subscription" which gives predatory. The site is set up to scam you out of your money and there is NO real customer support.
