Refund and Exchange Policy

Client registration, searching, and screening fee: $150 one-year access non-refundable. Once hire has been made and the agreements have been signed and dated by both parties, the agency’s final placement fee is due. Once a placement has been made all final placement fees are due BEFORE the first day of work for the employee and are always non-refundable. As stated in the DCA Placement Fees and under Terms and Conditions, the final placement fee is based on the domestic employee’s expected annual gross salary hiring package. The hiring package may or may not include housing, health insurance and other benefits. After a placement, we offer our clients a free replacement guarantee within the first 60-days of hire if they aren’t satisfied with their employee. After the free replacement period we offer a 50% discount for the replacement of a new employee for up to 6 months following the original start date. Between 6 months and the end of the year, if another replacement is needed, we offer a 25% discount of the original placement fee. It’s incredibly rare for us to have to do a replacement. However, if a replacement is necessary, we will work with the client closely to determine if we’re able to replace the candidate at no additional cost or at a discount (listed above) if it’s after the 60-day period.
