The date of service was 9/30/23 where I received a facial and pedicure. They offered a discounted price online but when I called to book they quoted me full price still since I did not mention the offer. Granted, I feel they should automatically mention specials or charge the correct amount for monthly deals. But aside from that immediately after my facial with extractions, a pimple like bump formed on my face. I was told its normal following the extractions and would go away very soon. However, months later it has not gone away and I contacted a med spa for treatment but they declined service in fear of the bill getting worse and recommended I see a dermatologist. I now have to wait until February as it is the soonest new patient appointment I can schedule for treatment to fix the bump that formed on my face following the facial at this facility. I contacted spa reveil several times and have been hung up on, lied to about who and where the manager is (***** pretended not to be the manager and said the manager was out of the office). I was also told a refund was processed for the poor service however my bank said no refund was ever processed. I called the spa again and was told the person who processed it is now out of town for a week. This company has cost me so much time and money especially now that I have to see a dermatologist and they are lying about processing a refund.Business response
