**** website states they are BBB accredited which is the only start of the false information provided by the company. Alba Energy has not kept their word within the warranty I received when I bought my $50K system in ****. After the company changed their business practice after the founder sold his portion out in 2018 to other people Alba Energy no longer do all the work in house so the quality of work or lack of employees keeping their word has hurt me in my savings and monitoring of my solar system. Alba Energy took almost a month to replace an inverter that cost me my savings from solar for a month. After replacing the inventor my computer monitoring system does not work. I talked to ******** at at ************* Ext ******************************************* lip service for several weeks before a guy name **** was suppose to fix the system. So far after 2 months my system is not up and running. I talked to **** several times after providing him the information he said he needed to troubleshoot my monitoring problem. Around September 1, 2021 i spoke to **** and he said he would call me up on September 13th to confirm my appointment with him at 3:00 on September 14th. On September 13 I did not receive a call and on September 14th I received a call around 3:25. I was already upset with him for lying to me about not confirming the appointment on September 13th. On September 14th when he called I asked him why he lied to me. He said he was really busy and didn't have time. I told him the was not a reason but an excuse and in my life a man's word is their bond and all others are liars. So I told him he was not a man of his word. I asked him why he was calling me at 3:25 when we made an appointment for 3:00 and again he said he was busy. I had plans for 4:00. I told him he was a **** liar and I was upset that he lied to me twice and didn't really feel like taking to him and troubleshooting the problem at that time. I told him to call me back in the morning at 8:00 and if he had something on his schedule not to worry about it because he lacked integrity and I've been waiting for 10 weeks to get my system working. Needless to say I haven't heard for **** the lier or ******** since, I've called and text them many times since September 15th. Still I haven't heard anything from anyone at ****. Also the contact information listed on the BBB is not correct.
