This company is horrible. I have waited on a reprint or refund since end of November, 2023. I have a thread of emails where I'm promised a partial refund which I never received. They are also extremely slow at answering emails. The original print I ordered was almost $70 and was printed with an error exclamation sign in the top left corner and the pic was on a large canvas but only took up 1/2 the canvas. What a disappointment. If I could give them a -10 I would.

Response from artwork team is absolute trash. Days between responses. Empty promises of expedited orders due to them dragging their feet. Expected times on the site enticing you to use them is simply lies and false advertisement. ********% will never do business with this company ever again and wouldnt suggest you use them either. If you have weeks and weeks to wait, maybe but with so many other viable options out there offering the same service, Id recommend giving anyone else a shot as this company is more concerned about reeling you in with false expectations and delay after delay. Very bad service , ordered flag it came back and it was awful had to send it back they sent me a refund check which got lost so they sent a replacement check which i waited a year to cash through a buddies bank account which was cancelled due to them admitting that BOTH checks were cashed except they can not tell me who cashed the first check while we know w ho cashed the sencond, question being if first check was cashed WHY would a second check be relivant , now they keep giving me different stories concerning the situation even after admitting to owning me another check and i want my funds back to hive back to my *****

On Sunday April 24, I wrote concerning the poor workmanship of the products I received. In short, just about every shirt I received had images ***** -- none had both the front image and back image centered. I ordered these shirts to promote my business... I can't send people out wearing messed up messaging. The Build A Sign website states, under the heading "Our Guarantee", "We don't just claim our products are better, we back it up. If your custom signs aren't absolutely perfect, call us and we'll make it right. Our team of experts is standing by to make sure your experience is 100% hassle-free. That's something you won't find at a traditional sign franchise."On Tuesday April 26, I received a reply from ********* saying the matter was submitted to their quality team for review, and that it "may take a couple of business days."The following day I called the customer service number on the website and spoke with a person who then attempted to connect me to their "team of experts," who failed to answer the phone -- it was during their stated hours of customer service operation. On Sunday, April 29, I received ANOTHER message saying they'd need "an additional 2 business days for a response."At this point, their guarantee appears worthless. The products they sent me are NOT better. I've called AND written several times, and they've yet to respond with anything meaningful. Their team of experts are NOT standing by, and clearly my experience has NOT been 100% hassle free. I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

Ordered a sign but it was sent to the wrong place. When I tried to correct they sent back to factory. I paid $38 extra for two day shipping. When the package came 6 days late it was the wrong sign.

I placed an order for t-shirts for an upcoming special event at my business. I was given an estimated delivery date well in advance of the event, which gave us a buffer if there were issues. There was a small issue but a representative of the company contacted us, corrected the issue and assured me our order would arrive timely. When the order did not and I had not heard from the company and the tracking number given gave false information, I contacted the company only to be given excuses and then told that contrary to being told my order was already in production over a week ago that it was in fact not in production and would arrive well after our event. I requested cancellation of the order and a full refund to which they hung up on me. When there was a previous issue I was notified by email. This major issue however they failed to communicate or remedy with me aside from hanging up. I was not rude, mean, belligerent, loud or disrespectful. I was told other customers were more important than my business however. They state their calls are recorded for quality assurance, so this is easily confirmed.

Their non-800 number phone is disconnected. That should tell you everything you need to know.If that doesn't stop you from using them, you need to know that any calls with post-payment problems go to some other country where their only job is to get you to hang up. They cannot and will not help. If you ask to be connected directly to the ** location in *****, they lie to you and tell you they cannot transfer the call. If you contact them by email because your order is short, they will offer to sell you what they shorted you !!! No kidding !!! Seems good on the surface, becomes a nightmare, after the sale. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!Once they think they have completed your order, good luck if it isn't really complete. Oh, I almost forgot... On their own web site, they have lots of fake, five star reviews that they obviously wrote themselves, or perhaps cherry picked from real reviews, elsewhere. Note that you cannot put your own review, on their web site !!!

Order a license plate and 12 custom printed t-shirts front and back. I have ordered through other businesses who offer similar services, but they don't carry license plates so I gave this company a try. I used a high resolution png image for both products. Both items I received were distorted and horrible quality. My "orange" logo turned out more "peach". The "Black" background of my license plate is pixelated. I would not recommend this company for anything.
