Let me start off by saying I used to sell for ********** back when the original owners were in control. Never had any problems with shoes not being shipped or communicating with the company. However, the new owners clearly do not care about the company or customers. Order and you do not receive your shoes. Try to communicate, emails are kicked back saying undeliverable because they were refused and chat does not get answered except for an initial automated response saying someone will get back to you. But they wont. They take your money, ghost you, and you never receive your order. It is very sad and unfortunate as they are beautiful sandals but only to pay and look at a picture online. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to waste time disputing charges for an order you will never receive and customer service that does not respond.Review from Alicia S

For a company that sells such amazing looking shoes it would seem as though they would make themselves available to their customers as well as their promoters but alas, this is not the truth. You can send them emails and contact them on ******** and sometimes, you might get lucky BUT don't hold your breath. I bought some of their sandles and love them but when some of the jewels came up missing I tried to contact the company because they promise replacement jewels for the lifetime of the shoes. It took me forever to get a response and even then I had to send another message 2 months later to inquire about the jewels I was promised. Finally they arrived! I was happy until I noticed of all the jewels I received only 1 of them would fix my missing jewel problem. I have since sent messages to them but have not heard anything back. I also sent pictures of the jewels sent and of the shoe with the missing jewels so they could see what I needed. Let's hope that someday I will get the missing jewels!!!Review from Tiffany B

I have contacted customer service multiple times and nothing Contacted on social media and nothing. They have no phone number listed. For how expensive these sandals are they should not fall apart after 3 months of minimal use. I had another air that lasted 6 years and these less than 4 months. I can't get anyone to contact me back. Very disappointed and I purchased 2 pairs. HORRIBLE customer service and products!!!Review from JJ M.

First I tried to sell them. They're way overpriced! Yes, they are lovely, but I couldn't find anyone willing to buy sandals for $75! I wore them everywhere. Most people I know and where I live aren't willing to spend $50 on a pair of sandals. These are for rich people and they say they will help, but they don't. If you don't sell a certain amount, they basically tell you that you are out. I felt like a loser! So I got out.
