Sent cancellation request to Bartleby Learn on behalf of my daughter and they refused to cancel a subscription after all required information was sent through their online ticketing system NLT Jul 2, 2023. Company will not engage via telephone and refuses refunds ... this is a typical auto-subscribe scam that preys on the young and college students. Bartleyby Policies are garbage and their support team is lacking at best. They owe me a minimum of 2 mths of subscription services and refuse.Your best defense is to dispute the charges through your CC Company.Initial Complaint

Started a one month trial of the company's service on Nov 15th. I canceled the service on Dec 8th. I noticed a service charge for $9.99 on December 16th with my credit card. I contacted them to refund the charge because I canceled. They said they didn't have record of my cancelation but would cancel my membership as of today, December 19th and would not refund the $9.99. The service did not provide the support I needed for the textbook that I had. The service was not as expected and for that reason I canceled the service.
