    I am extremely grateful for the support and professionalism of the ESA Doctors I worked with. They approved my initial REMOVEDletter in May 2024, which played a critical role in allowing my husband and me to secure our rental home in REMOVED. During an already stressful and uncertain time, their process was thorough, respectful, and handled with care.More recently, they assisted with my renewal and took the time to thoughtfully review updated information regarding my circumstances. Their careful consideration resulted in the continued approval for both my emotional support animals, Remy and Izzy, to remain with me. This decision has been incredibly meaningful and has provided much-needed stability.Throughout both experiences, the providers were professional, responsive, and compassionate. I truly appreciate the seriousness with which they approach their evaluations and the clarity of their communication. Unlike some questionable sites that issue generic or fake letters, ESA Doctors connects you with a licensed mental health professional after a brief but thorough questionnaire. My counselor was compassionate, attentive, and genuinely took the time to understand my situation. After a thoughtful evaluation, he determined that I qualify for three emotional support animals...each of my cats plays a unique role in supporting my emotional well-being.Every time I've reached out, whether to my counselor or ESA Doctors' support team, the response has been prompt and helpful. I received my signed REMOVEDletter just over 24 hours after completing the process.
