      On 11 May 2021 ordered injector for mahindra tractor.Send wrong part. stated will except return with in 30 days of purchase. emailed reubicon stated sent wrong part gave correct part number, reubicon responded they could not get the part, i asked for refund they states store credit only plus 20% restocking fee. I emailed and asked for a exception to policy since they did not stock the part and could not get the part. i corresponded with C**** S******. oder no. ***** part i need is injector *******************. Thank you for any help. D**** B****

      The Customer purchased the wrong part, whereas we shipped the correct part number to him as per the order number ***** he placed on line. The part number on the box of the part is the same as purchased on line . We do not carry the part number which he has mentioned in his email nor do we specify that number on our store. We have a store policy of returns within 30 days which he is well within and could return the part if he has not used it. We do have a restocking fee of 20% if the customer purchases the wrong part and would like to return it, he is welcome to return the part and we will give him a refund less 20% restocking charge. I am sending along with a screen shot of the order placed by the customer. Please feel free to call us or email us if there is something still required from our side. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Sir i am waiting for a response from reubicon as to when they are going to send my refund. reubicon received the part on 30 may 2021. I have tried 3 times to get a response. As of 6 june 2021 they have not responded to me. This is why i have not responded to your request to close the case. thank you D**** B****.

      The person who was taking care of this case was not in office last week, however she has now confirmed that we have received the part and a refund of $190.12 was issued to the customer's account today. Transaction ID: *****************.
