I have been trying to cancel my subscription for two years now with little success. Enverus has a 90 notice to cancel, and they say you have to send an email which then leads to a phone call where they say everything is cancelled but it isn't. They refuse to tell you if you're in the 90 window or not and refuse to tell you when your official renewal date is. On top of that they like to increase their prices without notice and no notice before their 90-day notice deadline leaving you stuck. And if you tell them you refuse to pay and need to work it out, they threaten to turn you into collections. This company is the epidemy of a predatory company and should not be allowed to operate.Review from Homer P

I ended up with an Enverus subscription because the company bought out ********. I've had nothing but problems every since. I chose not to renew my subscription because of every increasing prices. Enverus accounts receivable has continued to bill me even though I have responded multiple times that I am no longer a subscriber and they haven't sent a link to my Weekly Rig Report for almost three months now. I was paid in full when my subscription lapsed but I'm not getting emails threatening me with "action" should I not pay up for the months since my subscription expired. I'm hearing complaints about Enverus from others in my business universe so it appears these problems are wide spread.
