We signed a year contract last year in march 2022. Their service was to facilitate importing invoices from our accounting software to their online platform. The process itself was full of continual problems that would break the process all together. Due to their auto renew policy they signed my company up for another year of service, over $13,000 dollars worth. When their sales agent reached out his email was misleading asking for approval of the renewed agreement. Not wanting to renew the service we did not reply. Deceptive practices that lead to a subscription we do not want or need for the year. Our next step unfortunately will be litigation.Business response

A Vice President at Customer has acknowledged the renewal of our contract pursuant to terms provided in BOLD AND ALL CAPS in the agreement. We provide a notice of upcoming renewal to customers to remind them of these terms. The allegation of deceptive practices is unfounded and defamatory and should be retracted.

I am rejecting this response because: Due to the attached message received you can see the sales associate requesting for confirmation of service renewal, No notice of automatic renewal was mentioned. In addition there are two services we are getting charged where one we have canceled over half a year ago and yet still are being charged for.

I signed up for their rig location services. I was locked out multiple times and the app didnt work correctly so I canceled via email and a phone call. At least 10 times I have done this. They keep sending me bills monthly and I have no log in, no access to the app because they are aware that I canceled but keep billing me.Business response

Customer purchased an annual subscription in May 2022, billable monthly, but has made no payment. We have no records of this customer experiencing difficulty with our service or attempting to contact us.
