Company claims they have no record of my account or payment but cashed my check when I told them I was going to stop payment on my check and go with another company.Business response

The order for ****** Clays was just received this week and was entered into your system today. Patience while we process everything is appreciated. We get hundreds of applications weekly and it takes time to go through them and enter into our database. Personal check payments are not processed immediately to give time for the payment to clear. A customer service representative is contacting ****** today to inform that everything was received. Will also find out if customer wants to continue or wants a refund. We have attempted several times today but still unable to reach the customer. The ********************** process in Texas is not an overnight procedure, there are many steps that need to be taken to correctly process & bond the notary. Again, patience is appreciated. If the customer wishes to continue the process with us, we will gladly continue and get her processed with the Texas Secretary of State's Office. Thank you.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I have requested a refund, let's see how long that takes. There explanation was that they have MY MONEY but it will still take them up to three weeks on their end then an additional 3 weeks for the state to process. UNACCEPTABLE.I have already processed my application with another company who electronically submitted my application TODAY to the state, I scanned the signed copy and will mail original today. I should have my supplies within 10 to 15 days most likely by my expiration date.
