Ive bought 5 new cars from this dealership,I took a car into service once after purchasing it. They banned the vin not my other 4 Mazdas I own. *** why, i gifted the car to a family member and they still refuse to work on it. seems like they are trying to cover up an issue they created even thought it is still under factory warranty. They refused a 74 year old woman service on her vehicle. Even though this is safety related and there is a national service alert related to this. Currently working with government agencies to assist in the investigation due to stay issues this dealer refuses to help in and this car was sold twice by the dealership prior to when I purchased it.Review from Lavin Orlando E

I purchased a Mazda vehicle from this business which turned out to be an horrible experience. I needed to trade the car because of on-going issues with the vehicle overheating and shutting off. I reported this many times and went to the dealership to have this fixed nothing was done. When I tried to trade in the car at a different dealership they gave me information that this dealership sold me a car that was a lot more for what it was worth. They advised me to go back to this location and let them know along with my proof because I was making payments for a vehicle that will never be paid off in time or I wouldn't be able to catch up because my loan was too high. The day I went back to Roger Beasley Mazda Central I was told they couldn't help me and refused to answer any questions in regards. I noticed they were trying to rush me out of the building because they knew what they did. Now I'm stuck with a negative equity on my vehicle whenever I tried to trade it in. Please for anyone buying a car from this location please do your research and do not let them rush you into anything.Review from Nina P

Shady tactics on how to deal with repairs on cars, as long as they can ghetto rig it to pass safety inspection theyll sell it. They pay someone under the table to fix all the used cars and tell the customers that they already purchased the vehicle theres nothing they can further do about it.Review from Ashley S

DO NOT BUY A PREOWNED CAR FROM THIS PREDATORY DEALERSHIP! ***********************, the salesperson we dealt with, told us that the preowned car we were buying had not yet been inspected AFTER we had been there for hours and were in the middle of signing paperwork. He promised us that the car would be looked at by the dealership's mechanics and that anything wrong with the car would be fixed before they send us home with the car. We had to wait a couple of days after signing the paperwork before we were able to pick up the car we bought, which we were fine with because we thought ***** could be trusted to keep his promise that nothing mechanically would be wrong with the car by the time we picked it up. We were so wrong! On the drive home, we noticed a loud clunking noise when going over bumps. The next day, we looked under the car and found that the CV Joint was COVERED in oil. Clearly they did not fix anything and had no intention of doing so to begin with. When I messaged ***** and asked if they could help us out, he said his manager, *****, simply stated that we signed a form saying that the car was being sold as-is. Yes, we did sign this form and we were okay with that. It would be one thing if this problem started happening a month after we bought it - but it was happening ON THE DRIVE HOME FROM THE DEALERSHIP!Aside from that, there were several other issues with the car that weren't disclosed, such as the lumbar support on the passenger's side being broken, and the CD player being broken. They low balled us on our car that we traded in, tried to tell us that the ***** blue book values didn't matter because of a volatile market (yet had the *** value listed on the car we bought, and had the WRONG value on it. They had the *** value for an excellent condition car, and this car has a large dent in the back and several other cosmetic issues - far from excellent condition and it's absurd that they had it priced as so.) Making promises they don't uphold is SCAMMING!!!!Review from Ashley H

This is the first negative review I have ever left a business in my life, but I wanted to share my experience to hopefully protect other car buyers. Here is the short version:- I purchased a used 2020 Mazda CX-5 in September, 2022 - LENGTH OF WAIT TIME: I had an appointment to pay for the car and sign the paperwork and was told it would only take 30 minutes. My sales agent repeatedly reassured me that I was next in line with finance, but after waiting for 3 hours with an upset and hungry toddler, I checked with the receptionist who informed me that there were still several people in front of me. We were told to come back and wait in line another day.- TIMELINE OF REPAIRS: My car had some damage before I purchased it, but I was guaranteed it would all be fixed within 2 days. After a week, I they gave me the car, only for me to discover that several of the items on the 160-point checklist were missing. In particular, my car still had several dents. When I pointed them out to the sales agent, he pretended like he couldn't see them. I attached pictures of the dents to this review. Fortunately, they took the car back, and I got it a week later-- 2 weeks after the date I was originally promised the car would be ready.- SMOKE IN CAR: 1 month after owning the car, it became apparent that the previous owner had smoked in it. I had gone out of town for a week, and after it sat unused, the smell became so strong that I could not drive the car without getting headaches. I am pregnant and have a toddler, so I was concerned about my family's health in the vehicle.- IGNORED MESSAGES: I tried texting my sales agent, texting the official Mazda central number, calling and leaving voicemails for the manager, and sending an email to the manager, but none of my messages ever received responses. Finally, after a week of no responses, one of the managers answered one of my many calls. He essentially told me that it was not the dealership's responsibility that the car they sold meReview from Gregory B

I bought a used vehicle from ***** at Roger Beasley Mazda Central on April 24th, which was a Saturday. I told him that I was buying the vehicle so I could take my son to school starting on Monday. After the 6 or so hour process they told me I could come back Monday to pick up the car as it needed to be inspected which was obviously not ideal as we had to arrange for transportation for my son. This location is 45 minutes to an hour away from my home so it is not convenient to make time for an hour and a half to 2 hour round trip with two kids under 7. When we showed up on Monday we were informed that the car still wasnt ready. Finally got a call back on Tuesday and was finally able to bring home the vehicle after another trip there and back. The temporary tags eventually expired and there was no word on when I would get my plates. I called and they told me to come in because they had them for me. When I arrived at the dealership, they handed me another temporary tag. I asked when I could expect to receive my plates, and they had no information for me but I could call and ask for *** who was not around. Sure enough my second temporary tag expired. Still radio silence from the dealership on my plates. Again I reached out and they told me they would look into it. They called the next day and told me that I would need to come to the dealership for another temporary tag. I asked if they could send me the temporary tag, as it is an incredibly inconvenient trip. I was told that since I am within city limits I would have to come in to receive my temporary tag. I told them that I would not be making that trip monthly, so they put me on hold and came back on to inform me that they could send it to me in an email. The previous trip I made could have been easily avoided if they gave me this option initially. Still no information about the hold up on the plates whatsoever, and again I was referred to *** who was not around. It is now September 14, and another temporary tag has expired. Again I reached out to them. The salesman I spoke to, I believe his name was *******, told me he would look into it. He called back and told me they had to get the title from **********, and it was taking a long time, and that they could again email a copy of the temp tags. I was glad to have some actual information. A few hours later I received a call from the manager of the dealership. He told me that I would need to bring my car back into the dealership to get reinspected in order to possibly get the plates for my vehicle. I told him that I felt they had neglected my needs as a customer and kept me in the dark. He told me he was sorry I felt that way. I understand that I was buying a used vehicle and I may not have been their #1 priority, but it was a big purchase for me, and this has been the most drawn out and frustrating ordeal. 5 months waiting, and every single time the temp tag went out, I had to reach out to them. They never reached out to fill me in on the status of my plates unprompted and until this last time I got absolutely no information about why it would be taking so long. I feel completely neglected as a customer. I truly wish I would have taken my business elsewhere and I certainly will in the future.
