Horrible business and typically c*** sales practices. Pushed and called non stop to sell me a car, negotiated with me and gave a decent deal (only reason for the 1 star) made promises of alterations or credit to do alterations to the car, UNTIL I said I was going through my credit union. Ultimately I had to take the paperwork to the back, bring them the check (they refused and stated credit unions were horrible to deal with. Ironically the dealer didn't pay my back for almost 2 months) backed out on the alterations to the car, then just completely ghosted me after! I texted the sales person and called him various times, NO RESPONSE/REPIES, contacted sales, Finance, and customer service, NO RESPONSE/REPLIES. Even left them a negative review on ******* Got your typical "we'll look into it and get back to you", but nothing since. Here we are 2 months later still no contact, waiting for my plates, and now the car also has electrical problems. Invest your time and money elsewhere people. This place sucks!Review from John M

Unprofessional staff and disrespectful to there customers. I called Saturday before closing to see if a car is available to buy and Troy confirmed that car is available. On the next business day I drove all the way from San Antonio to Austin to see the car( plus I took a day off from work) . I was there at 9am. They told me that car was sold Saturday.it means they sold the car before I contacted them Saturday night I drove back home and went online again . I found that same car still listed for sale . I contacted them using different name and salesperson Jose confirmed that car is available and asked if I can come to take a look at the car. So these people are posting low prices online on cars not available for sale and using these posts as bait to schedule appointments and sell them different cars for higher prices.Review from Mona S.

I am a client with ford maxwell service commission. I have been trying to contact them for weeks from a incident that occurred a few month ago ( where as I am still having the same issues with my vehicle from months ago, since I picked up my vehicle after it was payed for, the same issues that my truck was taken in for, ( I was forced then to take it to another mechanical shop who advised me to take it back to Ford because it was their work that obviously failed) meaning my truck was not completely fixed even after being payed for with warranty. I’ve done everything I could to get to a higher authority. I spoke to the manager above Ray ****, after the fact that Ray **** told me he had nothing more to say to me , he wasn’t fixing my truck for free, that he wipes his hands clean and hung up on me. I reached out to his manager who’s name to be Eric and he left me a voicemail that I didn’t hear before speaking to him but he as well became very angry and impatient, yelling at me that he didn’t care what I said, what I had to say , what I had to prove, that he wasn’t going to work on my vehicle “for free” and that, and I quote, “ was barking up the wrong tree” and hung up on me. I can’t explain the agonizing torment I had in my stomach after speaking to these men who I chose out of everyone to get service from and who was paid for their service (that was not given) in my return with warranty. I knew since the very beginning I made a mistake going there because it felt very messy and unprofessional and the quality service they claim to give was clearly not given because I’m still having the same issues with my vehicle. Given the circumstances and that there was a third party involved, I asked for everything to be recorded in documented and Rey Luna failed to do that also. It says when you call, everything is recorded and monitored and for their sake I hope that it is. Im not going to accept their last words to me as the final answer.Review from Tim H

Service Department is disappointing. Dropped one of my service vehicles there on a Monday for a recall repair. Despite many calls, three days later I can get no response regarding status of my vehicle or how long it might be out of service. A friendly person usually answers the phone eventually, then has no information; all roads lead back to a Service Rep that appears to not work there. I've tried the Service Director and other managers... crickets. Take your Ford to any other dealer for service. Maxwell Ford Service does not understand service.Review from Robert F

Service Manager was the worst. We had an issue that a part that was needed to finish my service was sold prior to my service appointment even though I had made the appointment 3 days ago. when i asked him why they didn't inform me that the part was sold so I did not need to drive 40 minutes for nothing. HIs answer was that they are too busy when they open to check on that and that it was an "honest mistake" he offered no solutions and told me that i was being rude. Really he didn't want to be bothered with my problem. All they needed to say honest mistake or not was"sorry for the inconvenience". So now I have no part and no solution and they lost a sale I will never go back to Maxwell Ford. I recommend that if you want to feel that you are a valued Ford customer that you do the sameReview from Marlana N

Three weeks ago, I called in to one of the supposed to be trusted **** companies because i had mechanical issues with my 2016 **** escape. I told them that it feels like the transmission is going out it keeps slipping and/or the clutches maybe stuck. They scheduled me to come in for Monday October 11, 2021and said that i did not have to worry about a rental because its only a diagnostic test that need to be done first. and then we can make sure that there is something wrong before getting a rental .I specifically explained to the agent that if i do not need a rental please tell me now. He said that i :could come in that Monday and wait in the lounge. So i can in Monday for 8:00 am and that's when i met *******************, I told him that i was here for a diagnostic, and that the agent said that i could wait for the vehicle. I explained to them that i am a single mother no family here and i do not have the extra expenses to cover the rental. **** states oh don't worry ma'am your warranty will cover the rental,. and you will pay only the taxes. Because you have to have the vehicle with us because we don't have the technicians and there are 10 vehicles ahead of you. I trusted his word, and thought they were going to have the integrity, and common decency to service my vehicle. I left feeling confident and content with my decision of leaving it with Maxwell Ford ******************* A week into it being there, **** stated Mrs. ******* i just called to tell you that we have not been able to get to your vehicle today because the shop guy is not there. So Monday October 18,2021 he called and stated we can not make it happen. Nothing is wrong with your car and then he said wait i have to call you i think they may have found something, ******************* called me back again, said they couldnt make it happen. For two weeks the vehicle was there, and i ask **** repeatedly did they do a diagnostic test. I spoke with ************* the Sevice Manager and he too stated that they could not make it happen. I went picked up my car having to pay ****** on a rental. And to only have the vehicle do the same thing again, I called them and told them the vehicle was still doing the same thing and this time, it jerked really hard i and something got stuck. I brought it back this Monday November 9, 2021 and put me in rental again, and said nothing happened. So the car started it acting up again, and God spoke to me saying take it to an automotive shop that service transmission. I took it to the shop and he did a test run around the corner with diagnostic reading machine, that i seen him do, and he said yes maam, your are definitely in need of a transmission repair and two clutches are out, and the core cylinders. They let me leave there feeling disregarded, raped of my trust in them and their word, And in a vehicle that was not safe, if the transmission would have went out on the highway my son and would have been hit, anything bad could have happened to me. But its because I was a black woman first and that i was not important to them as a customer to listened to my complaint. I have never been so disregarded, financially and emotionally abused in my life.Review from Frank M.

Ford dealership is really sucks...dont buy from ford....wow...they refused to help me as single mother.... my car doesn't have HONK...therefore, my car, fiesta alarm didn't even working due to HONK issue..now they said my tires lug nuts are recalled and suggested me to bring the shop...How can I bring the car due to flat tire...how can I replace spare tire....while lug nuts are NOT good...wow there are a lot of flaws.... dont buy from FORD
