In our initial consultation with Eddie, he quoted us $7500 for the front of the car (after seeing the outside of the car). However, after taking apart the car, he texted and informed us that the price would be NO MORE THAN $10000 for the front, which is seen in one of the pictures we attached. He also estimated the total car to be $8,000-$10000. After agreeing that the price of the front would be no more than $10000, we agreed to continue doing business. For the back of our car, we had a claim from a previous accident, and that person's insurance was going to cover it. The insurance said they would be paying $1699.81, Eddie agreed. With all this said including insurance the total should have been ~$11699.81. We paid him $3000 from the total and he is claiming we still owe him ~$10000 ( He said the total was $13000). However, based on our initial agreement we should only have ~$7000 left to pay, not including insurance. He is noncooperative and refuses to let us see the car.
