  Excellent service! Quick response, great appraisal of our tree health and needs, excellent tree trimming. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to our neighbors!

  Beware!!! We have used H313931373138323736**H twice now paying them over #**k for pruning our very large pecan trees. We had a great experience the first time, but the second time was a different matter. Upon completion of the job, we were happy, but didn't do an inspection of the roof. A couple of months later, we realized that a tree branch had punctured our roof causing major leaking. We called our roofer to come take a look at it and they confirmed that it wasn't from a branch just falling, as there are no trees around the area of the hole and there was no branch on the roof, although there were fresh cuts on a nearby tree. I realized that we'd had our trees trimmed a couple of months earlier. The roofer took pictures and repaired the roof. We have a tile roof and it had broken over 20 tiles and left a 10' hole in the roof but all that was left was a cut off portion of the branch. Upon contacting the owner of H313931373138323736**H, his response was that we had an old roof (which is not true - it's a tile roof that lasts a lifetime) and responded rudely through email (no phone call or site visit) basically saying you can't prove it! I truly believe that a branch was dropped when they were removing it from the nearby tree causing the damage and then just cleaned up their mishap. Obviously I can't prove that, but other professions agreed that it didn't happen naturally. True - they trimmed our trees well, but if anything happens during that time, I wouldn't expect them to even make an attempt to make things right. I'm sure many people say this, but we have NEVER written a bad review for any service provider, but we felt it was necessary to let people know what they may be getting into when they hire H313931373138323736**H. They have definitely lost a customer with REALLY big trees.

  We had an old tree in our front yard die. Austin Tree Surgeons had an arborist out very quickly to diagnose the issue and recommend removal. A very reasonable quote was sent to me same day. When I was ready, they had a crew out the next day. Expert and efficient removal! They trimmed the other trees as well. Highly recommend. Will definitely be my go to for tree services going forward. I like the piece of mind in having a real arborist running things.

  Austin Tree Surgeons is a company that consistently delivers. I have used them three times over the past few years with top notch service each time. The arborist who came out was professional, & knowledgeable. They would not cut Live Oak trees until July when it is permitted. The price to lightly trim our trees was reasonable. The crew came out the day that they were scheduled and were very friendly, efficient, & professional and asked me if all was good before leaving. They cleaned up the branches and my yard looks great. They also pointed out that a humming bird was in a nest on one branch of a tree and did not cut it down. I appreciate that. I did ask them to come back and paint a couple of cuts that were missed. They came out the next day with no questions asked and were just as friendly as the day before. Finally, I did ask them to cut a few more branches off of my trees and they gladly did that with no extra charge. I think I misunderstood what a light trim was and they handled it with the best customer service! I like that the crew has contact with the office and can call and get permission/answers right away. I give Austin Tree Surgeons 10/10 stars **********

  Austin Tree Surgeons did a professional, careful, thorough job of an aggressive trimming of the trees around my house. *******************, an Austin Tree Surgeons arborist came out on a rainy day and accessed the situation. I had a rock squirrel problem. **** knew about the City of Bee Caves regulations, and he gave a fair bid. **** and his team were excellent, hard working workers, taking care of the cuts with clean blades and making sure every cut was painted. Esau double checked that every cut was painted. I highly recommend Austin Tree Surgeons.
