This customer has been added to our do not contact list. However, We believe these calls are not from eHealth (parent company of GoMediGap). We have received reports that there are people falsely claiming affiliation with eHealth to conduct telephone scams. These people call many times, often mention the names of other insurance companies as well, and may be using health insurance as a pretense to phish for personal information or payment card information. Because these scam calls can spoof the caller ID number, these calls may appear to come from the area code of the call recipient or, in some cases, the calls may even appear to come from a legitimate customer service line. These scam calls are illegal and not authorized by eHealth, so we have reported the issue to relevant government authorities. We are working on trying to find the source of these fraudulent calls. If you are willing to provide us some details to help in our investigation it would be much appreciated.

Beginning the week of 07/15/2021 ************ has repeatedly called me. I have never filled out any forms with them. I have received at least 2 calls a day. Earlier today I told the person on the other end that they had the wrong number and to remove me from their list. I just got another call from them.

Harassing non stop calling as a result of harvesting information from my physicians sign in log. They illegally garnered personal information that the physicians computer . The Doctor stated when questioned that personal info wasnt to be released and my phone and email has exploded my from insurance agents all over that I did not authorize and refuse to stop after numerous contacts and complaints to management and customer service. I want this to stop as it seems these folks have had the same issues with numerous other folks some of which actually filed a BBB complaint. If we cant get this resolved its my intention as a 30 year ************ to take this up with the *********************** for mail treatment and harassment of a Vet and seek restitution . Right now just shut them down and Ill be okay with that

GOMEDIGAP has been calling me multiple times for a week. I block the phone numbers and they keep using different ones. The latest was 9:57 this morning from ************. Yesterday was 2:24 pm from ************ and at 10:05 am from ****. When I answered I got a recording to leave a message. I have also reported them to the do-not-call registry. What this company is doing is unconscionable! I am covered by ******** and insurance from my employer so do not need supplemental insurance.

GoMedigap will not stop calling me. I have never filled out a form for ehealth nor medicare, so I'm unsure how they got my number. They call up upwards of 5 times a day from almost the exact same phone number except for the last four digits. I assume those are different agent phone numbers that work there. I crossed referenced the phone number and it is GoMediGap in Austin's number. I tried to answer and tell them to stop calling me but they immediately hung up. Put me on your do not call list.
