      In November of *********************************************** a monthly receipt/statement that reflects my monthly payments for hormone treatment for my wife.During that conversation I had stated that I had previously made the same request and that I had not been receiving them since that request.The employee told me that they would send me a receipt that reflected the most recent payment (the payment made over the phone during the same conversation) and that they would send me the same every month.I have not received a statement/receipt for October 2021, nor a receipt/statement for any month prior.I also have never received an annual renewal contract. I have not requested this but I will in this complaint as well as during future renewal periods.

      ******* I appreciate you calling me back. After the first email I got from Bbb I reached out to my patient. We gave them a full refund and settled the account.  I wish they would have called me earlier in complaint.  I wish them well and they are no longer a patient.  Rod

      I am rejecting this response because:

      HWC's response is laughable at best, as the response is only partially accurate and the tone and tenor of the response doesn't match the discussion that I had with Rod over the phone about this matter. 

      In reality I did call HWC with the original complaint and request, from which HWC never met my request, hence the reason for my filing a complaint with BBB. Rod was never a party in that phone conversation - the office receptionist was the only party in that conversation and at no time did she offer for me to speak to Rod.

      The fact that my wife is no longer a patient is accurate but what is not mentioned is the reason that she is no longer a patient. In my only phone conversation with Rod, he refused to continue to serve my wife as a patient. He did not state the specific reason for the refusal.

      Unlike his response to BBB, Rod sounded very upset during our phone conversation, especially when he stated that he (HWC) has never received a complaint from a patient via BBB up till now and that it is public knowledge, much to his disappointment.
