Date of ** for transportation to surgery - 12/6/23 Amount billed - $316 Amount overcharged for mileage only AFTER I requested a copy of the invoice which had already been charged to my credit card - $60 Notified Brightstar of error - 1/8/24 Approximately 10 phone calls and 7 email communications and still no refund Spoke with ******, billing manager today, who once again promised a check. This was also promised 2 weeks ago.This company is sloppy with their invoicing/quality control of their drivers and is completely unaccountable to customers after billing. They rarely took my phone calls and never followed-up as promised. I had a similar billing dispute from a transportation service in August with similar results and finally gave up any hope of refund. Thanks!
