I had forgotten to pay my bill in October, you have to pay quarterly. I received no phone calls, I received no emails and I received no mailing about me being 30 days or 60 days delinquent. I came home on Jan 4, **** and my trash cans were gone and the letter uploaded in attachments was in my mailbox stating I was 90 days past due. I immediately called CTR and they told me they closed my account for non-payment. They then advised me I had to pay an $100 deposit to have my account re-opened and trash cans delivered back. I received no notice of a cancellation of my service. The letter does not mention anywhere about cancelling my service. Also note that CTR purchased **'s Waste on May ******, who was my previous waste provider.Business response

I have reached out to CTR on 3 different occasions and sent in photos showing how their garbage truck's hydraulic fluid is leaking every Friday in front of every homes' garbage cans on my street and at the end of our driveways as they drive off. They receive my photos and my complaints and say we will turn in my complaint and call me back. I have yet to receive a single call back since 0ctober 19th of this year. I started my 1st complaint and photos on October 19th, no call back. My 2nd complaint on November 3rd, no call back. Then I called CTR today and told the individual that I had physically witnessed the garbage truck leaking profusely out of it's right side hydraulic arm on November 17th, and the lady I spoke with stated she was a "Nobody" and had no knowledge of this problem but she was going "to look for somebody to present your situation to." This is the exact response I get every time I call CTR and nothing changes. I have attached photos for reference that shows the leaked fluid and even fresh fluid that is reflecting the morning sunlight directly in front of multiple garbage cans in my neighborhood. This has got to stop immediately as it is affecting my neighborhood and is also an ecological violation. All I ask is they repair their trucks immediately. It would be nice if they actually took accountability and cleaned up the stains down our entire street as well but I am not going to hold my breath. I am rejecting this response because:I totally reject in closing out my claim at this time. *********************** has not repaired his trucks. Just last Friday mornings pick up a huge oil dump again on everyone on my street and onto canis street was large oil dumps again. I have updated photos from last *********** dump..
