      I have paid 200$ for the **** training advertised by **.sulekha.com. sulekha forwarded me a training program provided by Varo-IT. I paid $200 zelle but I never got a training or refund. sulekha and Varo-IT stopped taking my phone calls and email responses.

      Bought an ********** for real estate business around 25th September 2023, and was unable to get any ads posted on their platform and was unable to reach their customer service via emails or phone calls, later their sales team called to sell even a better package , then denied and I explained by pain, they raised customer service call, yet they have not enabled me to post ads, So i have requested a refund but they denied saying its not refundable, now I end up paying $126 for nothing. its totally a scam.

      I am rejecting this response because:, they still hold my data, some one searching for my name lands on their page with Sulekha's phone number, this is Identity theft, 

      and Why the refund was not given when had conversation with Sulekha's support team, why now? If folks don't have knowledge of this process they are at loot.

      Raised a complaint about services charged that were not delivered and have my Information on their website pointing to their own phone number, without my permissions. The refund was given, and claimed that my information is deleted, but still see it on their site. ******************************************************************************

      sulekha.com is collection buyer and seller inforamation by using my license on their website without my authorisation. they have put my info and their phone number. i requested them few months back to remove it. they said they will take it down. But it is still there as of today.       We bought 2 tickets for an event in ******, ************* area for some ****** artists on August 11,2023. We bought tickets on July 21, we charged $158 tickets and additional $9 as service charge. When we reached the venue on the day we found that event was cancelled but they didnt bother to contact us by any means, and $158 was refunded to the credit card. This is fraud company

      I had made a reservation for show tickets via Sulekha.com, but unfortunately, the organizers decided to cancel the show. As a result, the refund amount I received does not match the initial amount charged. When I contacted Sulekha regarding the discrepancy in the refund, they informed me that their fee of $38.80 is non-refundable due to certain incurred charges. According to the representative I spoke with, these charges were justified as back charges. However, I find it unreasonable to have such a large fee of $38.80 for 8 tickets of $69.00 each. I intend to address this matter with the Better Business Bureau to challenge these policies that go against consumer protection. It is unfair for consumers to bear the financial burden when event organizers or any third party cancels the event. I wish to dispute the difference in the refund amount for the total of 8 tickets I purchased through Sulekha.com and request a complete refund from them. I have attached all the receipts for the transaction, along with a snapshot of the bank statement showing the transaction amount.

      Sulekha is online ticking ************. We listed our Event on Sulekha.com and Sulekha collected payment on behalf of **. After completion of event , on 29th March 2023 we submitted all paper works needed for Sulekha to release payment ($513) to us Inspite of number follow *** and number of commitment (3rd apr and 12th Apr) on email by Sulekha employees , We are not getting our payment.

      Order No. ******* Serial No. **** Three weeks back, I booked the *************************** Dandiya event at Sulekha.As they had overbooked the same event and I had to come back as the event got canceled due to overcrowding and safety violations.Today I double-booked a ticket for the same *************************** Dandiya and immediately tried to cancel. But the support did not help and just stated their policies.As they can cancel the tickets at your convenience, and your customers can not, the practice is itself unlawful as it is not binding by both sides.Their terms and conditions should NOT be enforced if you have violated them yourself. I am requesting the full refunds for the extra tickets that got ordered by mistake

      Booked 4 tickets for ******* Royal and ******** show in ********, ** to be held on 9/18/2022. This event was canceled. Upon contacting the organizer, they informed that the refund will be provided by Sulekha, the platform on which the tickets were bought. The refund was provided a few weeks later but Sulekha deducted 6.2% of the amount from the price paid for the tickets. Upon contacting them, they informed that this is the SERVICE FEE they charge and it is not refundable under any circumstance. I cited examples of Livenation and ticketmaster, which refund the full price upon cancelation and also cited Sulekha's own website where there is no explicit mention of "service fees" not being refunded in case of cancelations. Here is what they state. - If your event is canceled, in most cases you won't need to do a thing; we will inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid for your tickets, on the same payment method used for purchase

      A. The price that I paid was $422 and the price refunded was $396. 

      A fee of $26 was deducted from the refund which is why I had to raise this to BBB. Why should a customer pay $26 fee for a canceled event fee. Shouldn't the platform that collected the fee be on the hook to return all the money.

      (a) I am attaching the actual ticket that was issued. Besides the Sulekha Fee it also mentions 

      All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

      Please note that you will see a charge from Sulekha.comon your credit card statement for this order. For any queries please refer to our *** page.You need to show a printed copy of this page along with your Photo ID to collect your tickets at the venue. Please do carry a valid Photo IDalongwith you to the event.

      (b) I am attaching the *** from your website which clearly says (refer below). No way it has mentioned that ONLY Sulekha fee is non refundable. It clearly says that refunds will be issued automatically.

        All sales are final.
        • No Refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless an event is canceled or rescheduled.
