      Absolute worst experience of my life working with this ********** father was diagnosed with cancer, and his house was in rough shape. I was very upfront and honest with this company in my intake and through out the whole 45 day process. The salesteam ****** ******** and ******* were great at the beginning. They all assured me by taking the *** process, i was guarenteed money it was just a longer process, which was fine with me. For 3 ***** ***** infomred me that the sale was going good and there was no issues. Then randomly ***** stopped texting and calling. My calls were blocked from *******, ******* and ****** phone. I called there main office multiple times and nobody would return my call. Finally after two weeks, I asked if i needed to get a lawyer because all forms of communication stopped, they called 1 day before the start of my closing process they called me and stated they were not interested in buying the home. Even though a contract was signed. No explanation, No nothing. Then upon going into my home, All of my property was scattered across my home, and multiple buckets of change were gone. Papers were scattered everywhere. There investors rummaged through my property. There lock **** was still on so nobody could have possibly broke in. If i could give a negative 5 starts I would. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

      After a tenant damaged one of my rental properties, I decided to sell. The team made the process incredibly easy, purchasing the house within just two weeks. Their professionalism and efficiency were impressive. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them!
