5/31 Requested a window replacement for my Audi. I let him know, and he replaced it. HOWEVER, i did not know it was aftermarket and he did not tell me. I noticed before I left. That is not what I wanted. He said too bad because it was already done. I told him to please take his window back and requested a refund for his 20 minute job. He said no and will look for the correct window. I mentioned it looks different from the other windows and it wasn't tinted. Told me "you can just go somewhere across the street or something and pay to get it tinted". This would have not been a problem if i had known about the services/auto glass I was getting and if i had consented to it, but that wasn't the case. I would have gone elsewhere. He didn't try to get the window replacement I asked for and again blamed it on me for not knowing something I wasn't told about. I had to go to a different auto glass company to fix the mistake. He told me to call him when that company removes the window so he can pick it up, saying he wont remove it himself. He said he'll refund me 100 dollars. He kept 120. My insurance requested an invoice. I requested an invoice of the transactions several times. I think he makes up the charges/taxes. When I paid, he said he wouldn't charge taxes in exchange for a 5star review. This business feels dishonest and blamed me for not knowing information that wasnt disclosed and bribe customers. He tried to convince me that no one will notice that the window doesn't match. The payment method requested was Venmo. I posted a ****** review after not getting a response for the invoice after multiple attempts. On 7/14, he replied to me with an unprofessional response that said he is refusing to give me an invoice ESPECIALLY because I posted a bad review. He also had my review deleted.Business response
