No worth it. The diamonds come in a tiny zip top bag with a ** code sticker, rolled up and stuffed into a vial. It's impossible to scan the ** code which is supposed to give a link to find out what your tiny chip of a diamond is worth. You can save up these diamond chips to trade back to FW for jewelry. The amount of $ you'd have to spend on candles to save up enough diamonds to trade for a very simple ring (think inexpensive "promise" ring a high school kid might buy for their girlfriend), you could've purchased something MUCH nicer. I had a subscription for about a year or so. I canceled last month due to the fact that they have downsized the candles considerably, and this came without any notice. On top of that, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had placed a SUBSTANTIAL order (close to $300 worth) to give as gifts. It was delivered to the wrong ************ took almost a month & SEVERAL emails before they finally replaced my order. They wanted me to go door to door in my neighborhood asking my neighbors if they received my order by mistake. That *** not have been a big deal if I weren't disabled. By the time they finally decided to ship a replacement order out, it was already too late for me to give the gifts as I had intended. In addition, the scents aren't bad, but they're also nothing to write home about. It is very evident that this company is fueled by greed with no concern for their customers, whatsoever. I wanted to love them, and I tried really hard, but they dropped the ball one too many times for my liking.

I don't think too highly of the company, I've ordered the mystery box from them twice now for four candles. Both times I ordered a normal Mystery Box package assuming there before random non holiday candles because online they have a four random holiday mystery candle set. Well both times I got four random Christmas candles in which the second set I got had two of the exact same candle in it along with the packaging when the box was opened a little while with a diamond fell out telling me either A one of those candles in there doesn't have one in it or B they just have a poor way of manufacturing and packaging. I would not recommend purchasing these products and if you're going to get a mystery box it doesn't matter if you buy a normal one for cheaper or the more expensive seasonal one you're going to get holiday related candles. Sometimes even two of the same.

FOREVER WICK IS A SCAM BEWARE!!!!!!! They might give u a chip or crumb of a diamond. Not worth ur money!

I am so disappointed. I wish I had read these reviews before now. I bought Christmas gifts. In all I purchased 5 candles. I lit one because I wanted to see one the smell was non existence, the candle never fully opened up. So it burned bad, the wick was horrible also the candle flickered like it was in the wind. No Gifts with these, they are a disgrace to gift.

Diamonds are not worth the money got a free diamond then ordered a candle with diamond in it the diamonds are tiny not worth the money i dont recommend them

So I have accumulated all 30 diamonds and paid for the exchange. As Im awaiting my shipment label to mail them in I get a email accusing me of not having enough diamonds. I sent a picture of all 30 and even told them my husband had ordered too. They requested all emails used to account for the diamonds! Now this is pitiful what if you was gifted a few and started buying on your own? You have to **** down people for emails! This is a horrible experience and I asked for my money back no refund on my 108 dollar exchange cost. I will never do business with them again its over priced for literally nothing. I have seen no reviews on exchange programs so I wanted to leave my awful experience with it here

This company is a scam! Anyone with half a brain knows that no 10 or 14 ounce candle costs $125 originally! They don't even cost what these liars claim to be a sale price! They put these tiny little microscopic diamond chips in their candles that are cloudy and have carbon spots, so they dont even sparkle. Then, they claim to give discount codes, but when you use them the cost of shipping increases per attached photos on their site. They should be shut down!!!

Okay they got my husband. He was so excited that he ordered from their Instagram. He received a notification from **** that it was delivered to our mailbox. So we checked and nothing. Plus our mailbox is with other community mailboxes that are about 4 inches in height and a candle would definitely not fit so we assume theyd leave a key to retrieve bigger package as they normally do. No key, no candle. So we email them. They screenshot the delivery notice and are like have you contacted your local post office. We reply and say no we were unsuccessful and we checked again the next day and nothing. So we email again, stating were unhappy and would like a refund. These mfkrs reply we dont do refunds on orders that were delivered bruh. I get it but were out $$ and no candle so how the h*** is that our fault.

No diamond in my candle that was purchased as a Mothers Day gift! So embarrassing
