my car was bot completely repaired and they know about the broken parts ans parts not installed. my hitch was bent in the wreck it was not replaced the right rear fender system and quarter panel where they were to repair the vehicle has broken parts loose screws misaligned and when I took it to them the front office man said his mechanic repair guy employee knew that the pipe was broken and failed to mention it or failed to mention that he was going to repair it they are neglecting and have not contacted me in three weeks its been two months since the repair and I want them to finish fixing the car back to its original status due to the negligence of not completely repairing my vehicleBusiness response

On 04/22/2021 Jeff's Auto Body Repair (*****) was hired to replace the hood and roof as well as perform Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) on other panels of my car seriously damaged by hailstorm, in complete accordance with the insurance claim provided by the Farmer's Insurance Company. On 05/19/2021 I left the car at *****. I told multiple times the *****'s representatives, who handled my case, that the hood and roof had to be replaced as stated in the insurance claim. I also requested and received such a confirmation in writing. Later on the insurance claim was adjusted to increase cost. On 05/28/2021 I got my car back. However, the hood and roof were not replaced while PDR was done on all car panels. The ***** charged $6118.70 and I still have old hood and roof, which are seriously compromised sustaining multiple deformations after hail hits and PDR. Obviously, the resale value of the car is much less than if the job was done according to agreement.
