My overall experience with Auto Hail Headquarters was more than excellent! ******** helped me fix my vehicle after getting numerous hail dents and having a cracked windshield. My car is bright red so the hail dents were extremely noticeable but after taking it to ********** shop, it was as if nothing had happened to it! He was very kind and professional and made me feel secure about the job. No doubt, I would recommend this business to everyone! Great service! Review from Karen L.

**** was extremely helpful, trustworthy and straightforward in the hail repair process. I had extensive damage. Everything was handled by **** and his repair team very quickly with the insurance company. I was given a loaner vehicle, at no charge, to use in the interim. The repairs are now completed and look perfect and thorough. **** couldn't have been nicer or any better to work with. I highly recommend their services! "Review from Chris

**** ***** intentionally lied to me, ignored repeated requests to not begin work on my vehicle, and when I again repeated my request, hung up on me and tore apart my vehicle anyways. The work that **** claimed he was capable of performing was never completed. Additionally, because he did not have the parts available, I now know that he was never capable of completing the repairs he claimed to be performing despite my repeated requests to not begin.I now have a partially "fixed" vehicle and **** has a large check from my insurance agency. The timeline for that is as follows June 8: 9a - Dropped vehicle off stated that I was expecting to have a quote before work proceeded. **** had some forms to sign, he said while presenting them they were so I can get the quote for *****. I reiterated my desire to receive a quote and that we discuss any repairs before he commenced work June 8: 9:44a - got call from **** requesting that I call my insurer and assign Auto Hail Headquarters. I reiterated my desire to have no work done until I could see a quote and that I needed the vehicle back today. **** mentioned that he could move some other customers around and get the work done by Thursday, I again repeated that I did not want any work done, that I wanted a quote, and that I planned to pick up the car today and schedule a time in the next week for the work. June 8: 10:16AM - I called **** back and told him that he had been assigned as he had requested. I repeated that I wanted to review a quote before work commenced and that I needed my vehicle returned to me June 8: 1:06 ** - I received a call from the ***** adjuster that they had reviewed the vehicle June 8: 2:22 ** - I called ****, told him that I spoke to my insurer, and again reiterated that I planned to come pick up the vehicle today, that I did not want any work done to it, and that I wanted a quote. **** said well see when you get here and hung up on me. June 8: ~2:45 ** - I arrived and found my vehicle torn apart, with no hood on it. **** asked how I was and I said bad, I expected a quote, and did not authorize these repairs. **** accused me of a variety of things during the ensuing discussion including that: that his business did not provide quotes, I was trying to **** money out of him, that I had specifically told him "I just wanted it fixed and didnt want a quote", that I was attempting to defraud him and my insurer by getting a free quote and using it for some nefarious purpose. After repeatedly repeating my request to have my vehicle returned to me, **** refused, and stated that the work had already commenced and the only way for me to get my vehicle back was if he was paid for all the work in cash or a cashiers check for $2000, yeah, probably $2000 worth of work so far **** then confirmed that he would send me a text with an itemized invoice accounting for the $2000 June 8: 3:41 ** - Spoke with *****, they recommended that unfortunately in this scenario the shop finish the repairs and that it was unfortunate that shops were like this but that paying it and moving on was their recommendation. June 8: 5:10p, still hadn't received promised text message from ****, Called back and repeated what ***** had told me and asked when could I pick up my vehicle. **** said its be done at 5:45 and stated that he would send me an email that I needed to respond to before picking up the vehicle. June 8: ~5:15p ***** received, it included language about a check from my insurance agency and that a number of parts (5) needed to complete the repairs on my vehicle were not available. Note that this is the first time that the lack of available parts and inability to complete repairs was mentioned June 8: ~5:50p I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was not ready. **** then requested additional signatures to verify that the check was being sent from *****. He also noted that instead of waiting for the unavailable parts mentioned in the email he could "make me a deal" by writing me a check for the value of the components he did not install and that he would contact me when either the parts or that check would be available. I drove away. June 24: I still have never received any contact from **** about: the parts necessary to complete the job that remains unfinished, "the deal" **** offered for a check for the value of the components, or an invoice detailing the work that would warrant "probably $2000 worth of effort" referenced on June 8 at 2:45p.
