  When I needed my roof replaced I researched extensively on the internet. I found 3 great companies with great BBB ratings and 5 star reviews. I had them all give me estimates. Honestroof.com gave me a multiple page indepth quote explaining all materials as well as all actions to be taken. The others sent me 1 page or a few pages and their quotes were much higher. I chose ************** and when weather permitted, had my roof installed. The crew that came out was outstanding. They covered everything on the ground, with tarps, including the pool. ****** was easy to talk to and answered all my questions with a smile never leaving his face. I was pleased and surprised when they made so many small repairs that were not necessarily in the scope of the quote. Talk about going above and beyond. ****** said this was his "A" Team. He was definitely not wrong. The were friendly, professional, fast and efficient. A more amazing crew could not be found. The job looks great and cleanup was complete with nothing left behind. I would not hesitate 1 minute to use again or recommend to others

  Requested an estimate for a roof replacement from this roofer. Received an estimate within about 24 hours. Called the owner ****** on 9/12/24 to ask questions about why he doesn't recommend certain brands of shingles. He proceeded to go into a long winded explanation why he didn't recommend those brands. Explanation was acceptable. Proceeded to ask questions about some of the line items on the contract he sent me. At that point he seemed to start to become slightly irritated. Not a real problem. After that I explained to him that I was seriously considering using his roofing service but that I had damage on an area of siding that is on a stepped down area of the roof that I needed to get repaired before he could do the roof. He responded that whoever was going to do the repair needed to be there at the same time that he would be replacing the shingles because he would need to replace the flashing that extends underneath the siding after the siding was removed and before the siding was replaced. So I asked him if he knew anyone who could replace it . He said he new a ********* who could do that. I ask him if he could send him out to give me an estimate. He said he would do that. Fine, at that point I told him I was seriously considering him as the one to do my roof but I wouldn't know for sure until I got the estimate from the ********* that he is sending out. I told him once I got that estimate then I would decide on whether to use him as my roofer are another one I was considering. He must have became P.O. at that point because he told me in these exact words . He told me that he he would make up my mind for me. And told me to use the other roofer and that he was going to immediately cancel the contract and then he hung up on me. I guess ****** don't like people telling him that they are considering other roofers. Good thing he showed his true colors before I hired him. Imagine what would happened if I had issues with his workmanship. BEWARE people.

  As the owner of HonestRoof.com I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone I feel is going to pose a threat or stressful situation for either me or my crew members. This gentleman's only goal seemed to be calling to argue against every recommendation we made. He would ask a question, I would take the time to explain in detail why we are recommending what we recommend. Only to be met with 10 minutes of rebuttal as to why he does not agree with anything we just said. Yet, when we asked the gentleman what his experience was with roof installations his response was that he had no roofing experience at all. Unfortunately, roof installations are simply not something most homeowners can DIY. It takes years of dedicated focused attention, nonstop training, trial and error and continued education to be able to install a roof system at the level we deliver to our customers. Our written estimates today are a result of three generations of hands on experience. Although as a homeowner, you may be a part of one or two roof installations during your lifetime, i have personally been involved in over ****** roof replacements. I know what works and what does not. Choosing not to listen to our recommendations is your right. However, it is also our right to pass on your project. It is ultimately us who will be on the hook for the warranty. Therefore, we must protect ourselves. You either allow us to install the high quality roof we know for sure will be long lasting and leak free throughout its lifetime. Or we may simply bow out and allow you to hire any contractor of your choosing. No hard feelings. There is a reason we are so highly rated and recommended by insurance companies, insurance agents, adjusters, Realty companies, and literally thousands of homeowners all across the ***************** area. There are not many actual hands on roof installers giving upfront honest prices left in our area anymore. Today the DFW area is blanketed by storm chasers or middleman companies calling themselves General Contractors or roofers with little to no hands-on experience who are simply after all of your insurance claims money. Unlike all other home services, roof installations simply cannot be trusted to just anyone and must be absolutely 100% installed correctly the very first time or all of the money will have just been wasted. Considering that we do not charge our customers a deposit or any money down, it is ultimately our money being invested into your home upfront. If we are going to do that, we ask that our customers listen to our recommendations as we have years of experience backing it up. Aa I stated in the beginning, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we feel is going to pose a threat to either myself, my crew members or our installation and warranty.

  I just came across Honestroof.com after searching for information for best and more effective roof vent design. About a few weeks ago, a really bad hail storm came to our area and produce 2 inches of thick hail plus rain at our house. This hail storm caused major water leakage at our house's dining room, garage and upstair bedrooms. It turned out the rainwater went through our roof's vents when the hail flooded and blocked the gutter line and this blockage produced a big pool of water on the roof. This caused a big water intrusions in our house. We figured that our original house builder did not install our roof vents properly. Because of this, we had to look for information on the best roof vent design and we found this website. It has plethora of information that helps us with the vent design. I got an opportunity to talk with ********************, the owner of this company. He was very helpful with telling me the roof vent design. He is honest and right on point about the problems with roof vent design and made great suggestions on the vent design for our house. He was very helpful for our decision on the best roof design and shingles. We are very happy with the roof design idea to help us to reconstruct our roof to be much more robust and more weather resistant. I very highly recommend Honestroof.com for any roofing needs in the ****** area. Honestroof.com is the absolutely best company that I have dealt with for roofing needs.

  I highly recommend HonestRoof.com. I am very satisfied with the work they did on my house. HonestRoof.com exceeded my expectations. They provided me with exceptional service. They sent me a detailed and thorough estimate. The owner of the company answered all of my questions. He was involved every step of the way throughout the entire project. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to address all of my doubts and concerns. He answered my texts and emails promptly. Communication was outstanding. I was kept informed about timelines and progress and was provided with regular updates about the work being done. There were no surprises. The job site manager was helpful. My roof was replaced in one day. My yard was covered and protected. The cleanup after the job was excellent. When they finished everything was back in its place. My roof looks great.

  As someone with a sales background, I can immediately tell when I'm being sold to. That's the impression I got from every other roofing company. Not only that, they either reluctantly gave me a quote or weren't able to give me one at all, because I didn't show them my insurance claim. I almost gave up but somehow stumbled upon HonestRoof.com and was a bit skeptical about the name initially to be honest. The estimate was done by a drone that flew over my house, not another appointment with a slick-talking salesman. I was able to get a quote right away, without being asked for my insurance. I then decided to go with them because of the overall experience and pricing of course. ******, the owner of the company, was involved every step of the way throughout the entire project. He's a straight shooter who delivers and won't waste your time. I'm a skeptical person who's hard to impress and I have to admit I was extremely satisfied. This will be my go-to roofing company going forward and I've already started referring my relatives and friends.
