I highly recommend HonestRoof.com. I am very satisfied with the work they did on my house. HonestRoof.com exceeded my expectations. They provided me with exceptional service. They sent me a detailed and thorough estimate. The owner of the company answered all of my questions. He was involved every step of the way throughout the entire project. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to address all of my doubts and concerns. He answered my texts and emails promptly. Communication was outstanding. I was kept informed about timelines and progress and was provided with regular updates about the work being done. There were no surprises. The job site manager was helpful. My roof was replaced in one day. My yard was covered and protected. The cleanup after the job was excellent. When they finished everything was back in its place. My roof looks great.

As someone with a sales background, I can immediately tell when I'm being sold to. That's the impression I got from every other roofing company. Not only that, they either reluctantly gave me a quote or weren't able to give me one at all, because I didn't show them my insurance claim. I almost gave up but somehow stumbled upon HonestRoof.com and was a bit skeptical about the name initially to be honest. The estimate was done by a drone that flew over my house, not another appointment with a slick-talking salesman. I was able to get a quote right away, without being asked for my insurance. I then decided to go with them because of the overall experience and pricing of course. ******, the owner of the company, was involved every step of the way throughout the entire project. He's a straight shooter who delivers and won't waste your time. I'm a skeptical person who's hard to impress and I have to admit I was extremely satisfied. This will be my go-to roofing company going forward and I've already started referring my relatives and friends.Review from Michael W

Again, HonestRoof.com exceeded my expectations. ****** walked me through the process and how to communicate properly with the insurance agent, helped me understand the estimates and invoices (over and over again) until I understood it. The job site manager ***** was also helpful when doing the final walkthrough. The entire team was efficient and finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the job site. HonestRoof.com crew did an exceptional job on our re-roof in *****! The care that *****, the site manager, put into protecting the premises/plants/HVAC was beyond anything that I have ever seen done by any other roofing companies, including my past re-roofs! They has a nifty protective screen around the walls to prevent shingles from falling where not desired...really cool. Quality, Price, and Warrantee is unmatched by other roofing/contracting companies. I've found my roofing company for life...and would recommend to anyone who needs to re-roof!Honestroof.com Response

****** with Honestroof.com was a huge help in dealing with my insurance company. The job was done very well. ***** and *****, who were the job site managers, were great in dealing with. They cleaned the job site daily, covered plants, windows, and the pool from debris, and answered questions that came up. Great company to have work for you. If you live in the DFW metroplex, then Honestroof.com should top your list of REAL roofing companies to consider for bids. The craftsmanship of my new roof is second to none. However, I'm more impressed by this company's ethical business practices. Honestroof.com is honestly doing their best to protect consumers. 100 stars
