On June 18,2023 ******************* the owner of 360Contractorsllc came to my parents to give me an estimate on some work I needed done, We agreed on a set price and he insisted I pay a deposit so I paid $500 deposit he went and bought items after I asked him not to because I wanted to go to ********** and decide what color paint I wanted and look at other items, but he bought items away and paint that I didn't want so I asked If we can exchange for what I wanted he said no because he didn't have the receipt because it got wet in his pocket,I then asked if any money was left over He said he spent it all, but he couldn't provide what all he bought with the $500 So after that he's been avoiding phone calls,Text messages saying he was going to come this day and never showed saying he was gonna bring the money and never brought it...no money no productInitial Complaint

The complaint is about parts and services that were paid for but were not delivered. The date of the transaction was March 13, 2021. There were several services to be performed (see attachment) and some parts to special order.The total amount of money paid was $1,200 (paid in full). Check was cashed right away so that the parts could be ordered and delivered quickly. Service was rescheduled once the parts were delivered. First on March 17th, then again March 24th and several times after that for a few weeks. Each time Chegan ****** (owner of 360 Contractors, LLC) was a no show. Finally, he stopped all contact with us. He has not replied back to our calls or texts nor did he complete the job or return the parts we paid in advance for.
