    I returned a bike finally after 3 months of not getting anywhere with the company. Today I get a notice the bike was finally delivered after going missing by the shipping company. The picture I have is of the bike on its side on a pallet that looks nothing like I made. Not the same plastic wrap even. Company told me ***** accepted this bike like this. Now 360 hasnt answered me all day and I still have no dirtbike. Im getting close to going to my local authorities and small claims court. I ordered my bike in October and I still have nothing. No answers or anything. How long do I have to wait for my consumer needs to be met? Ive done everything asked of me and I dont have anything to show for it. I want my bike or my money. I added 2 pictures. The one with the green plastic wrap is how I sent my bike. The second picture with the guy smiling is how they delivered it. Both companies are blaming each other and getting no where.

    I am rejecting this response because: they received the bike the beginning of this week. It was damaged in transport and has no relation to how I packed it. It was not in the pallet I built or wrapped in the green plastic wrap I purchase for this. Once I receive the replacement then I know it will be done. Until then Im going to keep my complaint because they keep telling me the same thing.

    Flase advertisement i placed an order for a scooter and was given a price total of $998.01 to them come back a day later and say they can't ship the scooter until they receive $200 for shipping when my invoice says $0 for shipping and they the lady who said the phone excuse is that the website is not designed to calculate the shipping cost due to states having different amounts. Don't understand how that's my problem so I paid the invoice amount to then after receiving the money I can't receive it if I don't pay the $200 shipping surcharge Update the manger called real quick of this review and up the cancelation fee to 20% because I wouldn't remove my review when there terms and conditions say 6% I will also be reporting this to the BBB

    When my Christmas gift arrived for my husband, he rode it 5 minutes and one of the main bolts on the handlebars fell off making it very dangerous to ride. I called the store and the representative acted unbothered and simply sent a text with the return policy. I been emailing corporate and they are trying to charge me a $1,000 to come pick the bike up. I will report this to the BBB. I got warranty on this bike and had it financed for a reason and now Im being charged $1,000 for them to pick up or if I drive to Arlington, Id only have to pay almost $700 only. This company is not the best company to do business with and delivering faulty items. Please be careful when doing business with them. Bad communication along the way. Kept being told only $300 to pick up in several emails and then when I finally say how can I pay, Im told to pay $962 at the very end & still was not provided a time frame of when they could pick up the bike.

    I ordered a dirtbike from them and it barely ran when I got it and hadnt even rode it yet. Rode it down the street 200 ft and it stops. I have tried to return and they were first gonna help me. But then they told me I had to pay for shipping when it says in theyre site in order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. I wasnt offered that return. They instead started sending me parts to try and fix myself. None of the parts fit and I still am without a working dirtbike like they assure you.

    I am rejecting this response because: the bike is not what they advertised it to be. The bike work is sloppy and they dont even run the electrical components right. Not to mention the bike came without any egr system. Just tubes hanging. Im willing to exchange the bike for something that is cheaper so it isnt such a big deal for them. I told them in the beginning in the first call I wanted to return. They basically let the time run out for return before I heard anything. I spoke to one lady on the phone who was gonna initialize the return and then all of a sudden some guy ***** is telling me to ship it back on my dime when they say they take the first shipment and first return. No more parts, Im not a mechanic. Id take the 150 which is almost a grand cheaper than what I paid.

    I am rejecting this response because: I already sent them that in the email. I do not want parts. I dont understand why you cant exchange. If it is 100% new and never used then why doesnt it ride? How come the egr system is non existent. How come when I took it off the palate the clutch lever was broke, the plastics were completely bent and tires completely flat. This is a lemon. Should be treated as such and replaced to satisfy the customer.

    I purchased a dirtbike and they delivered a completely broken one. The entire motor does not work. They will not honor their warranty of delivering a product free of manufacture defect. The are requiring shipping and restocking fees at 50% of the price already paid. They did not deliver what I paid for and require me to pay to fix their mistake.

    I purchased a go-kart from this company based on their advertisement of free shipping. The website allowed me to complete my purchase with free shipping reflected at checkout. However, before the product was shipped, I received a call from the company requiring an additional shipping charge. Despite the misleading advertising, I paid the extra fee.The go-kart was delivered a month after the purchase and was the wrong color. On the companys website, I selected "Black" as the color option, which was explicitly listed among five options: black, orange, pink, blue, and red. However, the go-kart I received was orange. The company later claimed all go-karts are two-toned and that "Black" was not a viable option, even though their website advertised it as such.Upon delivery, the go-kart arrived with no battery charger, and the battery was dead. I had to purchase a battery charger separately. When we assembled the go-kart on Christmas Eve, it only worked for one crank on Christmas Day and then stopped functioning.The company has now asked me to take the go-kart to a mechanic for diagnostics, which adds further inconvenience and expense.     This customer is very abusive and disrespectful. We shipped her a go kart as she ordered a black color just like **** **** manufacturers.     These go karts do not come with a battery charger; these are rechargeable batteries. Battery chargers are optional for customer to purchase from us or at their local auto store a 12 volt

    We have told you what to do we need to know what parts you need that you may have damaged it after trying to turn on so much from that video it looks like a starter chain that can be mailed out you under warranty you have to email us asking for that it looks like you are busy writing how bad we are when we are trying to help you only.

    Placed an order for a "supposed" gas powered four *******, according to the then advertised product on the website as being 110cc and other verbiage that would lead a person to believe that the product was gas powered, on December 13th 2024, only to find after placing the order that it was actually a battery powered product. After reading on the Business website that I could cancel the order with no penalties for cancellation fees if it had not been too far into the fulfillment process, I proceeded to cancel the order exactly 11 minutes after placing the order!! I also proceeded to call the company because there was no option on the website to cancel the order, so I proceeded to call the company and called multiple times leaving voicemails, also emailed them, and also texted the company explaining to them what had happened and then I wanted the order canceled immediately, only for them to contact me the next evening!!!! The representative that called proceeded to hang up on me after I explained to her what had happened and that I wanted the order canceled. So I started emailing them to let them know about the lack of communication how I was treated over the phone and that I wanted the order canceled immediately. As of today December the 16th, the order on the website is still showing as awaiting fulfillment. I have filed a claim with my bank and it's under investigation. I've also noticed yesterday December 15th 2024, that the website description on that product has now been changed to not lead people to believe that it is gas powered, as well as the statement that there would be no penalty for cancellation fees if the order placed had not gotten too far into the fulfillment process.... which mine didn't because I called them immediately, sent emails immediately, and even texted immediately. This company has been very unprofessional and very rude, and I would never do business with them or recommend that anyone else does ever again.

    Purchased 5/23/24 with 3 months labor warranty and 12 months parts. Immediately had issues and was told i had to email tech support. First received email from tech support was on 6/14/24. Emailed about Go kart stalling and not restarting. Emailed tech support wasn't any help and no resolution was had. Company was hard to get in touch with and finally received a text on 8/10/24 to take kart to service address. Dropped of on the same day 8/10/24, under all warranty still. **** had started smoking occasionally, stalling, transmission leaking oil and metal in the oil. Received text 8-15-24 to pick it up. Transmission leak was fixed, carburetor cleaned and engine oil changed. Was told metal was from me not doing the first oil change within 4 hours of run time and not a big deal. Told them that metal was noticed on first service and kart had a total of 4 hours on it. Next time kids rode the kart it started knocking slightly and smoking like crazy. Again noticed metal in the oil and returned on 9/4/24 to service address. Received call on 9/17/24 stating it needs a motor and would be $600 labor to change. Engine is still covered under parts warranty. Was also told this issue is completely unrelated to the previous smoking and metal in the oil issue so they will not honor the labor warranty. If needed I can provide the oil with metal or pictures in it from the first time it was brought in for service.

    On or about 09/14/2024 I placed an order for a 1 Dongfang 50cc Gas Trike (DF50TKA-22) TKA Tadpole Style With Auto Transmission from 360Powersports.com. This includes a $200.00 shipping fee. The product has not been shipped. i spoke to ********* and she informed me that the order "will definitely be cancelled". I told her that i was recording this conversation. We were disconnected. I called back and she apologized for hanging up. She then informed me that I would have to pay a 6% ($150.73) cancellation fee. The product had not been prepared to ship yet. The status of the order was "awaiting fulfillment". Under these circustances I do not feel that this charge is warranted. I would like the total purchase amount plus a $200.00 shipping be refunded to ************************ 360Powersports uses to finance their purchases) ****.
