3/19/2024 paid a premium payment for insurance and when it was to be active it wasn't and was told I had a plan that I didn't set up that the money went to and had to wait till market health place made a decision on rather It was fraudulent set up or not to apply that money to the right plan.and they kept telling me to call market place and I kept getting the run around from both placesBusiness response

******************* is not a customer of ********************************************************************, When charging a customer's account, companies are required to provide their contact information. ************** should contact the phone number that appears on her statement next to the charge. If the application was submitted under a name other than *******************, please let us know and we will be happy to research our records.

United Health Care was my previous insurance company through my employer- ** Clinical Services/**********. They have neglected to discontinue my benefits as requested multiple times. Due to this issue, I am not able to receive my benefits through the ********************.Business response

Account number ********* ************ will continue to draft your account after you've cancelled your insurance, and will then claim that you did not request a cancellation. Customer ********************** is not helpful, they just keep repeating that "there was no request for cancellation noted on the file".Typically an insurance provider will send you new cards, explanation of benefits, etc every year. ************ does not do that, and the customer ********************** rep said there is no point in sending it out if nothing changes. That is new to me with insurance coverage. I'm out about $3000 dollars from getting drafted unknowingly.To resolve this case I am requesting a refund for the insurance premiums charged over the last several years.Business response
