A racist company do not go to this company. If you are a black person now that affirmative action is no longer many of these Texas healthcare companies will no longer hire Black people regardless, if you have skills and experience, they will not hire you because the color of your skin.

Texas Health are crooks and dont abide by Texas laws. My roommate had an emergency procedure at the Presbyterian in ****** and he was swamped with bills he was making monthly payments to this hospital when the account stated minimum payment $25 and even being current on the monthly $25 this company sold his account to a collections agency without notice on bad faith. He never got any chance they never gave him any grace ****** or notification like if you dont pay in 30 days youll be placed in collections as per Texas law. Not one letter, he just got just one day a phone call from a collections agency who stated he owns them. ******, dont join any religion or go to any hospital thats named Presbyterian money hungry thieves. As if their bill was the only one this *************** had. Shame on them.

The worst business practices ever! The RNs make sure you can not reach your phone and will leave you laying in your own urine for hours because they dont think you deserve proper care. Definitely go to a different hospital if care is needed because this place could give two sh*** about you!

GO ANYWHERE ELSE... FIND ANY HOSPITAL NOT ASSOCIATED WITH TEXAS HEALTH. MOST UNETHICAL, CORRUPT, MONEY HUNGRY MEDICAL INSTITUTION THAT'S EVER BEEN IN BUSINESS. Absolutely do not care about patients, unless you have cash on hand. Not a little usually, but $10k cash - then they'll be able to help you with your needs. They are ONLY money first - CARE MUCH LATER. My father had a lapse in coverage do to a COVID related layoff. He injured his arm, torn bicep and some other ligaments. Unless he had $9k cash, they wouldn't do the surgery to save the use of his arm. SO he will now go through the rest of his life with 60-70% use of his arm because it was a time sensitive procedure. NO payment plan, no help, no options... just we won't do it. Now my pregnant wife is scheduled for a minor procedure - though ***NECESSARY*** for the healthy delivery of our child, and because I changed jobs and COBRA coverage hasn't quite been enabled on their side - they won't do the procedure without $10k upfront. NO payment plan, no other options - just won't do the NECESSARY procedure until we are covered or find $10k laying around. WHO HAS $10K JUST READY?? THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY and just the most unethical medical practice in the state of Texas. IF this hospital chain had any ethical or moral sense, it would be a great hospital. Lucky for them, our OBGYN has privilege's here, but after this child is born we will travel far and wide to avoid Texas Health. I've never been so angry or frustrated in my life with a medical institution. It is my sincere hope they are bought out, or forced to close their doors. They do not need to be in the healthcare industry another second.
