******* built my new home in 2019 and I've had nothing but roof leaks, sheet rock separating in several rooms but the worst was in the bedroom. Window leaks. A lot of things were caught during the 1 year warranty period but I'm still discovering shortcuts by them 4 years later. Horrible quality. The homes look very nice, great floor plans, but the materials used are the cheapest quality and the build labor is extremely low quality. Never again.Review from Lizeth O

"Worst Experience Ever - Stay Away from Antares Builders!"I can't stress enough how terrible my experience with Antares Builders was. From start to finish, it was a complete nightmare. The communication was non-existent, and they constantly missed deadlines without any valid explanations. The quality of their work was abysmal, with shoddy craftsmanship evident throughout my project.Moreover, their customer service was utterly disappointing. Whenever I tried to reach out to them with concerns, they either ignored my calls and emails or gave vague, dismissive responses. It's as if they didn't care about their customers' satisfaction at all.I strongly advise anyone considering Antares Builders to think twice and opt for a more reliable and trustworthy construction company instead. We closed on our home August 2022 and we are in love with our new home! ****** the sales consultant for Antares was wonderful, polite, professional, and communicated expectations from the beginning. We appreciate his knowledge and foresight in various matters. Our walk-through was about 2 hours and we did bring a few items to the attention of the builder, but we choose to continue with the closing process because we felt Antares would stand by their word. We signed an "exceptions list" & those items were corrected in a timely manner. We have not experienced any issues thus far but trust that if we do during our warranty period, that Antares will make good on their promise. We love the layout of the home and all amenities.Review from L. D.

Our house is 3 1/2 years old. We have had major electrical problems: burned out and failing breakers (all of them) had to be replaced. Also, buzzing noises and improperly connected outlets which the electrical company that came out said it could cause arcing and fire hazard. We have spent $1908.36 on having these issues fixed and are still having to get an electrician out on 1 more buzzing outlet. We wrote a letter to Antares asking for reimbursement and they replied that the warranty is expired and will not reimburse us. They did not even say SORRY.
