I delt with ******************* and Credit systems International and she was very helpful and getting me all the information I needed to track down what this bill was for. It was an old medical bill that I had never received because the doc office was sending it to the wrong address. **** was very understanding that I wanted to make sure the bill was indeed mine as the company name had changed. Once I figured it out I called back and got it all taken care of. Thank you **** for being kind.

These people are extremely rude and condescending I'm not even their customer they keep calling me for another person which is not me ******** I told them that's not me they hang-up on me witout even apologize for the disturbing!Credit Systems International, Inc. Response

Giving one star is generous. These people are extremely rude and condescending. When you call asking to speak to someone, you are supposed to say who you are and where youre calling from. That always seems to be an issue for them. I just recently had one of their reps call me. I asked her name (I didnt catch it the first time) and where she was calling from. Her reply was when youre ready to identify yourself, call us back. I understand they have a job to do. However, there is a way to speak to customers. People are doing the best they can to pay their bills. Most are doing it own their own. I hope I NEVER encounter them again. The level of unprofessionalism is unreal! Rude and Condescending. I ended up having to speak to their manager and even she (*********************) was rude as well. All I wanted was to get information on the debt they had for me and requested a copy. Her reply was simple "We sent you 3 invoices already so if you want that information you are going to have to call your doctor or your insurance company."Credit Systems International, Inc. Response
