****** who to my knowlage owns Zunko was working with me to get solar. He lied about the whole process. He told me we would get a $15,000 tax credit my business Tax preparer told me that's not true. ****** told me that the solar would be working constantly so all I would have to pay my provider is the $25 convince fee. That was not true either. After I got the system installed I found out through the people that installed the solar that I need a battery pack to store energy that I do not have so I still have to ********* through the night. I have still to this day have not got my agreement and when I was made to sign it I could only see on page and ****** told me something wants working but he would get it for me and let me see it. Not only did the installation take forever. They came to the house and looks like they did donuts in my yard after i told them not to drive in my grass. When I was first talking to ****** about the solar system we was calling or showing up to my house unannounced to make the sale. After that you can get ahold of him. I tried to call and he won't pick up. I text he won't answer. When he does it doesn't even pertain to the issue on hand in an excuse. First his kid was sick and in the hospital then he said his partner was stealing from the business. It was always something. They left my house with no contract in hand and didn't even connect my system to the internet. The first few months I was paying for system that wasn't even working. ****** made a sale of feeding a bunch of lies. This solar system is nothing that I was told it was and is nothing helpful to me.Business response

I have reached out to *********************** and spoken to her about her issues with the sales process as well as issues she had with the company that actually installed her system. I am currently waiting on ************************ to verify that her. system has PTO (Permission to Operate), which can ONLY be done through her electric provider. All companies are at the mercy of the respective electric company as to when the system will operate as intended.
The sales person that drove on her lawn was a **** sales contractor that we have since cut ties with. There is a police report, unrelated to *********************** and waiting on the ** to proceed with the case against that person. At this time, I cannot comment further with regard to that pending case. We were made aware that this person was also presenting himself as an owner, CEO, Sales Director, Leasdership Director among other titles he gave himself.
I am currently reviewing policies to put in place that will better clarify the process from start to finish.
I explained to *********************** how the system pulls energy from the panels through the inverters and it all goes directly to her electric provider. The system will draw power from the grid as they need it, which would include evenings when there is no sun to generate power. Whether you get a bill from your provider will depend on your system size and energy use. For some customers that have a system that generates more power than they need, it can be sold back to the power company if their provider participates in the buy back program.
