I Have purchased a 55k JEEP from Courtesy Chrysler Dodge RAM of Superstition Springs in 2020, shipped it to Virginia, then move to ***** 2 years ago. This Jeep is still within factory warranty, its rusted all over, I went to Allen Samuels Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Aransas Pass ( As I they are the closest Dealership to where I live) multiple times to fix it, they did not do anything other than referring me to the *************************** care, who I called multiple times in multiple days, different agents took my information and said we will fix it as it still under warrantee, then promised to call me back, they never did, then went back to Allen Samuels Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Aransas Pass , and they did not help me, they brushed me away twice. They were rude and unprofessional specially the Service managed, ************, was intimidating and inappropriate with poor attitude and customer service. They took the car to the back and checked it, and just brushed me away and they did not provide any service documents even though I asked for it paperwork.I went last year to them and the old staff ( who are not there anymore) filed June 2022, which is less than 2 years from date of purchase, then I called the Chrysler care and explained the situation and they told me they will fix it as it has warrantee for 5 years against rust.Attached documents showing claims sent to manufacturer, and warrantee documents, along with photos taken within 2 years of purchasing the vehicle. I have exhausted all my options and I really need your help. Also The dealership offered me 43K to but it, and they offer such low price claiming it it rusted and it will need a lot of work to fix it.Your help is really appreciated in this matter please, and please let me know if I need to provide any further photos to support my case. And I called Courtesy Chrysler Dodge RAM of Superstition more than once, I spoke with the sales manager and his name is **** and he told me there is nothing they can do.I am attaching photos and documents in this email and a following email so you have all supporting photos and documents.

I understand your complaint but our service department did submit documentation to Chrysler for your Jeep. We were told through our service rep that Chrysler declined the claim. We as a Dealer could not overrule the warranty claim from Chrysler.

I am rejecting this response because:

I am rejecting this response because:as customer and have my Jeep under warranty, this issue should be taken care of at the dealership, they are representing Jeep, and they are the closet Dealership to my residence, also please see attached documents indicating there was issue with the Jeep and they took care it as it is still under warranty.
Also the response from the dealership is another example of brushing me off like they did before.
The acceptable and appropriate resolution for this matter is to honor the warranty and fix it, I have paid 55K on this Jeep, and its unacceptable to have all this rust ini such a short perio of time, especially I take good care of it and its ***********.
Meanwhile as a customer I should not be involved in the communications between the dealership and the manufacturer, they hare the same side, and me as a customer Who has a valid warranty, need my Jeep to be fixed.

Please see attached documents showing proof that they fixed some other issues with the Jeep Without me getting involved with the manufacturer.

      Regards,

On January 19th 2023, this dealership arranged with out permission from my father to run his credit report, and then allowed my brother who does not have a liscense or insurance to drive off with a car that was potentially going to be put into my father's name. My brother and the car salesman convinced my mother who at this time is a grieving mother that the car was valued at ****** and that my father's name would be only for a co signature for the loan for my brother. Since my father lives in ****************, the dealerships arranged to have a ll the documents expressed shipped to be signed and then shipped back once signed. The paper came back and after explaining to my father what the paperwork was infront of him he was terrified. The cars total after financing would be about ****** and that he is legally responsible from his own insurance for this cars coverage. He did not give anyone consent to run his name for a background check, or to put a car in his name. When he spoke with the salesman, the salesman said that he is still liable under his insurance but he didn't have to sign the documents. He then advised my father to rip up the paperwork and that they would come to an agreement with my brother. However, with my brother having no current drivers license, the car is still under my father's insurance. We are not sure about what has happened with the car since management has not returned our phone calls. We are very scared about the way this business arranged this devious process for the elderly and want to bring it to your attention. If you need more documentation, I am happy to provide a copy for you as well.

      Hello,

I believe we were communicating with both parents in Washington. We actually reversed the deal after we received a approval for *************** with no license.

I am rejecting this response because:
The first sentence of this statement is not true since my father was at work during the whole interaction with my brother, my Mother and the salesman. The salesman stated that my Mother could give consent to run a credit report without my father's approval.

We need proof, a legal document that states that my father credit check from this business will be redacted, and that my brother is responsible for the insurance of this vehicle. Proof that my parents are not liable for this vehicle of any sort.

      Good morning,

As of yesterday Jr ****** paperwork that did not include Srs name. Sr is not responsible for the loan at all. If we receive a email then I can send a title form showing Sr is not on the loan.

I traded in my 2018 Camaro in March of 2022 that I had purchased from Allen Samuels in AP. I called *********************** to inform him and to cancel my ************* & extended warranty as soon as I traded it into another dealership. He emailed me the ************* emailed back on 4/5/22. I have call twice to follow up only to be told it would be at least 30 days out. I called again today to follow up only to be told that it has been submitted and he wasn't sure why I had not received my refunds. He finally provides me with the contact information for Safeguard Int. Which was the company that did my ********** Warranty In which I called and spoke with **************** Which informed me that they have never even received the cancelation forms from Allen Samuels. I called ***** back to be told that he's trying to get a better answer through the accounting department. I asked if they were the ones who normally submit that type of paperwork as I was previously told that he did it himself. He also sent me a picture of his computer screen which showed cancelled but however it does not show a date. This is ridiculous!

I away from the dealership right now but will be back within 30 minutes. This is the first I have heard of this situation. I truly apologize for the poor communication from my dealership. I will 100% get it handled asap.

      thank you
