We will never use this company again. Our unit was stored inside their facility and mice chewed threw the floor and ruined everything that we own. Every bite of everything that was inside is covered in mice poop and pee, they also chewed things and made nests. There are also dead mice. We called and they did not care. They said it probably came in from someone else's unit.... We are VERY unhappy and VERY upset. We have things that cannot be replaced!! The time spent cleaning what we can keep and the money we will spend replacing the things we can't need to be reimbursed.

This customer had this unit on their property for two weeks (outside and exposed)and their residence was not 100 ft from a vacant field. Any storage company, whether self/mobile, can't and will not be responsible for damage by rodents. We do care and have apologized numerous times for this situation, however rodents are excluded from coverage with any insurance company and anyone who does business in the service industry, they simply cannot be controlled. We did not reply "that they come from someone else's unit", we have had no other complaints/reports concerning mice infesting a unit, and cannot remember when this was an issue. Our units are stored @ our facility which is the same building we office/work in daily, and precautions are continually monitored in this building, because we work here daily and do care for the safety of our employees and our customers contents. We do have a contract signed by our customers that specifically states we are not responsible for contents stored and they should reach out to their provider for additional coverage. We just can't control "Mother Nature" and her elements and no else can either.
